Holy smokes, it's all commercials
What are you saying?! Bob Monday? Bamunday? no pronouns just this word over and over again.
A real disaster... men trapped in molten stairs, a man falling from a great height to the surface of the cold North Sea, hot oil flames, gas bubbles rising from the sea, and those men who were washing themselves in tomato juice to get colder...😢
heroes!
the needless race thing... sheesh guys.
Coastal Collision offers exceptional towing. Their quick response to my late-night call and efficient handling of my car were exactly what I needed. The driver was knowledgeable and ensured my vehicle was transported without any issues. I appreciate their reliable service and would recommend them to others. https://coastalcollisioninc.com/services/24hr-towing/
Eric and the other 18 crew members really deserve a memorial... a white bird statue emerging from a circular pond, but surrounding the pond are torches with ever-bright and eye-catching flames 🔥🔥🔥
comparing cancer to covid is wild!!!
amazing👌
It's really bad that a human error caused such a disaster... I live in an arid area, so I didn't have a clear idea of what a flood could really be, my knowledge was limited to a few short videos on social media, but you described it incredibly vividly: the sloping roofs of the houses like islands in a mass of mud, the dead animals, the woman stuck in the burning ruins, the amputated leg, the screams in the night, and all the beautiful dreams and lives that were buried under timber and mud🖤
amazing👌
I’m consistently impressed by 'Against The Odds'! Each episode is a gripping journey into real-life stories of resilience and courage. The storytelling is top-notch, and the way they dive into the details of each story keeps me on the edge of my seat. https://smartlink.ausha.co/packaging-los-angeles/role-of-candle-packaging-in-e-commerce
Why encores? We can easily go back and listen to them as a personal encore, we need new content! Not reruns!
I absolutely love you guys and these stories. so very well done. I lived in Taiwan for a year in 1994 while teaching English there with my girlfriend. She became pregnant and we now joke that our son was made in Taiwan. I so miss the night markets and all of the great food that we used to find there. Cheers and many more episodes ahead!
I'm in shock... They spent a year learning how to sail but neglected to learn how to swim? Before attempting to sail the Pacific Ocean?? 🤦♀️
Odd timing on the cops showing up behind the stolen school bus. Is that dramatization? And what is up with parents willingly separating from their kids. The first woman sent her son away to evacuate but made ger daughter stay. And the mother of school bus driver just lets her kids go.
I used to know a man (he's passed away now) who survived a whiteout in the N.W.T. near Rankin Inlet, Canada. The airman went down in forested mountainous terrain, but the land where my friend lived is flat & above the tree line. There is no trees or shelter available to block the freezing incessant wind of a whiteout. He lost several fingers, an entire foot on one leg, and half of his foot on the other. He spent a year recovering in a Winnipeg hospital. Frostbite is no little nip.
I've had frostbite on 8 fingers and almost lost 6. Trust me, it was some of the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. Even today, my fingers cannot get cold, I could lose them if I get frostbite again.
cuanto se tardaron en encontrar los unicos 2 latinos en la historia??? habian muchas otras historias mas profundas que contar.
Once again, I absolutely loved listening to your podcast. During parts of it, it had me on the edge of my seat and other times ready to cry. You guys are great story tellers.
