nail on the head, except suggest a tweak: Joe m. doesn't think (care) about *a healthy, safe, and positive growth* future for *others*. I'm sure he thinks about his own future constantly. pod cast comment: could just be me, but.... plz try to reduce the number of "like"s used in conversation. I know we all say it (I'm legit guilty), but we can also agree a heavy use is hard to listen to.

I'm still hearing this harsh crackle...I hope you guys fix this because I LOVE the podcast but it's uncomfortable to listen to because of this crackle......I know it isn't my headphones because it happens on all of the podcasts and with different headphones....please fix
