Every Friday on the original show (launched in 2011), host Sarah Bowen Shea, a mom of three and veteran of 14 marathons, is joined by a rotating cast of co-hosts and often a guest expert to discuss topics ranging from how to reach a big race goal to finding your athletic happy place, and everything in between. Loved this podcast. As I’m an AMR with migraines from the age of 4, diagnosed at 8. Now post-menopausal & 53. Everything resonated 100%. I’m medicated, and still get them. Loved the Dope-A-Max comment (so true), but that drug (Topiramate) gave me a life where I *could* run, and have months with 8-10 migraines a month instead of needing 2-3 months to get 8-10 days without one!

#146... took almost 20 minutes to get to the running improvements. Too much talk about their kids' sports adventures. Don't waste our listening time with that chit chat.
