I'm truly enjoying these podcasts. I have hypothyroidism and ended up having to get a gastric sleeve. It was so depressing because I was an athlete my whole life. A competitive fighter, track and swimming. I'm determined to maintain the 96 lb weight loss after my gastric surgery. I feel a ton better and am working on gaining strength..Thank you for these podcasts.
