As someone diagnosed with OCD, this concept sounds amazing and is something I'll definitely try! (I just hope my brain goes along with it 😅)

This is a very bad advise. Precisely because only one wordle a day makes it more addictive, limiting indulgence to one a day is a terrible idea.

Great tips! Pre portioned fruit and veggies changed the way I eat. I used to prep everything we ate. But once my health took a hit, I stopped because I was just too exhausted. I finally gave in and now I can meet my nutrional goals and reduced our food waste exponentially!

For articles in the web I recommend the App Pocket, also available in your desktop and it synchronises. You can add labels to categorize.

Hey, as much as I love technology I have to say it doesn't weigh the same. I've been running classes via different platforms and none came even close to what a real ts relationship's like.

I love your show! However, that ad at the end of each episode is like twice the volume and ruins the calm I just harnessed 🤪
