What a dumb advice! :(
Great tips! Pre portioned fruit and veggies changed the way I eat. I used to prep everything we ate. But once my health took a hit, I stopped because I was just too exhausted. I finally gave in and now I can meet my nutrional goals and reduced our food waste exponentially!
I just discovered this podcast a week ago and really enjoying them during my morning walks. very helpful and centering. I have read all of Laura Vanderkam books and looking forward to the new one, Tranquility By Tuesday. thank you!
