How do you fix college football? Brock and Salk discuss why change needed to happen but how out of hand things have become and where you go from here. Then, ESPN Seahawks reporter Brady Henderson joins us to discuss whether Jalen Sundell should be moved to right guard when he returns, when we could see Jarran Reed start to practice, if this is the best Seahawks defensive front ever and the questions still surrounding whether you can trust Sam Darnold in big games.

Mike Macdonald joins Brock and Salk to discuss the Seahawks shutout win over Minnesota, how important DeMarcus Lawrence has been to this team, what his defense did best, what problems Minnesota's defense presented and how they shut down JSN, where he feels they are at with establishing his culture. Plus, some injury updates.
Brock and Salk share some of their Thanksgiving stories and discuss Lyle being non responsive over the holiday weekend. Then, in Need to Know we discuss the Seahawks win, the Rams loss, Aaron Rodgers throwing his teammates under the bus, Lane Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for the LSU job and UW's loss to Oregon.

1While the jury is still out on Sam Darnold, it is not on Mike Macdonald. Brock and Salk dive in on him being the incredible coach that he is and the home run hire that the Seahawks made with him. Later, they get into all of their Seahawks Takeaways.
With the Seahawks being 9-3, Salk proclaims that this is who he thought the Seahawks would be, only even better. He explains what he means and why. He then has a few big Seahawks questions for Brock that include Sam Darnold, the offense and the dominating defense. In Blue 88, topics include what challenge the Vikings defense presented, Anthony Bradford and how much more the Seahawks are running the ball in 2025 compared to 2024.

After 22, the M's introduced that horrific Home Run Trident and their offense has had as much growth as a napalmed rice patty field ever since. Look, this organization has issues, but they should not be this frustrating. Get rid of that thing.
Embarrassing game that should make the fan base wake up and revolt. Stanton should never be allowed to show his face near T-Mobile without drawn and quartered. oh, and another thing, the CCs suck and should be demolished on the pitchers' mound in a Disco demolition night inspired sacrifice to the Baseball Gods for forsaking this decent city for so long.
5 great pitchers can get you to the playoffs even with a league average offense, but only in the National League.
