my question is....didnt they say when all 3 came out and found him the quad had been idling?? which would mean BOTH other times Skip and Pat checked it would have also been idling...i cannot imagine family members not becoming very worried and begin looking more intensely(ground and above) after finding an idling quad...i mean that would have me in a panic!
3.3mil, lol!!
very good interviewing here!

love the show but hate that it's not in order
first season of counter clock I won't be able to listen to. Having to force Ashley flowers down our throats the last few seasons has gotten so old. What happened to the Dehlia from season 1...??? Why is she relying on Ashley flowers to give her new cases. I couldn't care any less about the man that wad murdered in this season after ep 1 so I'll have to find something else. sorry she's stuck under the tutelage of Ashley flowers.
this jackass of an officer says that if it's an officer says he saw something then that's gospel word and cannot be broken. but if a citizen says that they saw something well they're probably mistaken or their lying. standard cop brain.. no brain
so boring! also the way the host says "cold" drives me crazy. there is an L in the word!
The gun missing doesn't mean anything since they decided not to investigate the guy who was given the bag of guns a while before the murders. These investigators are crazy. There is so much reasonable doubt in this case. I have no idea how a jury found Jeff guilty.
"Yeah I see your point" Well DUH. They didn't investigate the bag of guns given to someone because it would have proven Jeff did not have access to a shot gun. They only investigate if it proved to them Jeff was guilty and ignored everything else.
The whole jeans thing is a joke. There's no way that the receipt would be readable and the coins still in the pocket if the jeans were washed. And if those jeans were worn during the murder, there's no way washing them once would get out all the blood stains. Blood isn't easy to remove. These cops set up Jeff. They had tunnel vision and decided that they would do whatever they had to to make sure Jeff was charged and convicted even if that meant planting evidence. This detective interviewed is delusional. It's scary to think he's actually investigated many cases....
This guy is delusional. Saying he has more knowledge/education than the medical examiners. Wow. They better re-open this case!! And the gun recall issue, like how did this guy not figure that out. It says right on the gun "NEW MODEL". The serial # that Delia looked up on the site showed clearly that this was the new model and not the recalled model. He definitely should have listened to the podcast first before commenting lol. Awesome job Delia. Love this podcast and can't wait for the next season.
I've really enjoyed this podcast. The amount research, digging, interviews etc that are done are great. No stone is left unturned. I really hope his case is reopened and solved. His mom, dad and Patrick deserve to know what happened. Thank you for doing such a great job investigating this case.
Any word on if/when season 5 will drop? I can't seem to find amy info on it? Anxiously awaiting to binge!
Third episode will be my last. This is just really boring.
Most of this has nothing to do with the crime, this podcast has quickly lost my interest. Nothing about possible suspects. a lot of discussion about the investors and nothing about the crime.
