Bob was an early radio jock at WZUM, the owner of Tri-State Records, and the genius who developed a dance club phenomenon that ruled the Pittsburgh, PA area for years. He is best known as the man who delivered Tommy James from obscurity and totally set his star into its intended ascent worldwide .
