Very informative podcast, it's refreshing to get the truth about what's going on over there. More people need to hear this podcast so they can understand what's really going on in Israel today. It sickens me to here all the uproar going on at our college campus. Thanks to you Jack for giving us a format to learn the truth. Avid fan, have all your books!!! Keep up doing what you do, and thank Doron for his love for his country!! Respectfully, Ned Biehl ex- Vietnam vet.

I had heard of Malcon Gladwell but based on his writing for the New Yorker I had dismisses him out of hand. This interview was very revealing and I must now give him some seroius consideration.

Jack Carr writes some of the most interesting novels I have ever read. He is also led me to some great writers of the past in the same genre. He also has one of the most interesting and thought-provoking podcast I have ever listened to in the Danger Close podcast.

The Azov kid's interview is so heart-wrenching. A young kid who was thrown in to be cannon-fodder. Not thriving. Just surviving.

is Alice's caretaker in the most recent (FANTASTIC!) novel an homage to Hiram Yeager of Clive Cussler's NUMA series by chance?

Not a great interview. He comes off as a bit arrogant, but his book is awesome. Do recommend reading it.

Maybe it's my bias, but I can't trust a word that comes out of these guys' mouths when it comes to foreign affairs. whether it's Mine Baker, this guy, or the previous spy Carr interviewed. They all tow the same line. They all sound the same and it's strange.

Great to hear you guys discuss this topic. It certainly gives me a new perspective on "freedom". I loved Tribe, which gave me a greater understanding of the troubles our veterans now face.
