Description

Welcome to Empowerography, the premier podcast platform dedicated to bringing powerful women to an empowered stage.

Host, Brad Walsh, having spent his corporate career in the world of A/V technology, felt that there was a greater story waiting.

Brad was introduced to the world of Boudoir Photography and he immediately fell in love with the empowering mission and message behind boudoir photography.

Being immersed in this world and seeing the life-changing effects it had on women helped to reveal his true calling—creating space for women to see themselves in a light they normally don't get to see themselves in.

Brad realized this work was his life's purpose, so he left my AV tech career to pursue boudoir photography full-time. Witnessing the incredible transformations in his clients confirmed he had found his purpose.

Two years later, while working as a women's empowerment photographer, Brad had another epiphany: I need to broaden my impact by creating a podcast.

When Covid-19 hit in March 2020 rendering Brads business in-operable, he saw an opportunity to be a voice of hope and positivity amidst global fear and negativity and Empowerography was born. Brad's podcast is a platform whose purpose is to Empower. Elevate and Educate by amplifying the voices of women.

Empowerography's mission is to Empower, Elevate, and Educate, showcasing real-life stories of courage, transformation, and inspiration from extraordinary women around the world. Each episode dives deep into the personal and professional journeys of our guests, uncovering the trials they've overcome, the successes they've achieved, and the invaluable lessons they've learned along the way.

Join us as we amplify the voices of women, providing a space where their stories can inspire, motivate, and empower listeners to pursue their own dreams and aspirations. Whether you're looking for inspiration, guidance, or simply a boost of empowerment, Empowerography is here to elevate your spirit and educate your mind.

Tune in and let the transformative stories of these incredible women change your perspective and ignite your passion for making a difference.

My guest today is Victoria Starr. Victoria Lee Starr is a Spiritual Outlaw and Midlife Midwife who guides women through the sacred season of reinvention using breathwork for transformation, guided microdosing plant medicine support, somatic ritual, and emotional excavation. In this episode we discuss midlife reinvention, being a spiritual outlaw, breathwork, microdosing and liberation.Website - https://www.victorialeestarr.com/IG - https://www.instagram.com/victorialeestarr/FB - https://www.facebook.com/victorialeestarrYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChhEmw1zGltoanvgU3usJGAIn this episode you will learn:1 Why self-abandonment becomes a survival pattern and how it shows up as perfectionism disguised as love—Victoria spent decades proving her worth through Ironman races and ultra-marathons, seeking external validation from narcissistic parents and partners who never gave it, until a massive download on a beach in Costa Rica told her: "You will never abandon yourself again."2 How the "perfect life" from the outside can be a prison on the inside and what it takes to blow it all up—Living in Costa Rica's jungle near the beach looked idyllic, but Victoria was suffocating in an abusive relationship, following rules that were killing her soul, until breathwork cracked open the armor and she chose the hardest path: leaving the country, the relationship, and the illusion of perfection.3 What midlife reinvention actually looks like when you stop performing and start living full-time in a van with your dog—After leaving Costa Rica, Victoria lived through 10 months of the darkest nights of her life, then chose radical freedom: living full-time in a Ram ProMaster van for 4 years, learning to trust her intuition, keep herself safe, and step outside society's expectations as a self-proclaimed "spiritual outlaw.“So the first half of my life, this person, this woman, this human that was here on this earth, she adapted to survive. " - 00:02:48“We're souls that have come into this human body and whether we have been here many different iterations and many more to come." - 00:32:13"We all have different iterations of what love is, but it's this energy.” - 01:08:04Your voice matters! If you’ve ever felt the pull to share your story, start a podcast, or step more fully into your power, this is your invitation. At Empowerography, we believe stories change lives. Through powerful conversations, community, and empowerment-driven events like the Empowerography Live Conference, we help women turn their voices into impact because your story isn’t just yours…it’s someone else’s survival guide. My guest today is Darlene Lekowski. Darlene Lekowski is a number one top selling author, speaker, advocate, but most importantly, a survivor.Forced to hide the secret of her childhood trauma for more than fifty years, Darlene is now speaking out. Her message is one of resiliency and healing, and her intention is to use her voice to help others find theirs. In this episode we discuss sexual assault, sibling abuse, family trauma, survivor advocacy and speaking out.Website - https://darlene-lekowski.com/IG - https://www.instagram.com/darlenelekowskiFB - https://www.facebook.com/darlenelekowskiDarlene's Book - https://www.amazon.com/Shattering-Silence-Survival-Justice-Telling/dp/1958472433In this episode you will learn:Why sibling sexual abuse is the most hidden form of trauma and shockingly common—Darlene reveals that it's 3-5 times more common for an older sibling to abuse a younger one than parent-to-child abuse, with 1 in every 20-25 children in a classroom experiencing sibling sexual trauma right now, yet families bury it to preserve the "perfect image."How carrying shame from age 7 to your 50s doesn't just destroy your peace, it destroys your body—After decades of silence to protect her "Christian country club family," Darlene's suppressed trauma manifested as physical disease in her 50s, proving that what we bury doesn't disappear—it festers until we either tell the truth or destroy ourselves. What it takes to break a 40-year silence and why speaking the truth—even when your family rejects you, is the only path to freedom—Darlene finally told her story in her 50s, wrote a bestselling book, and now speaks globally about sibling sexual trauma, choosing to save herself and help millions of silent survivors rather than continue protecting the family that never protected her.“At the age of seven, I was betrayed. I was betrayed by family members, which I'm sure some of your listeners can relate to. Brothers, my two oldest brothers, so I'm the youngest of five kids, my two oldest brothers sexually assaulted me from the ages of seven to 12. " - 00:02:18“I hate that as victims, we are the ones that take on the shame." - 00:35:02"It's never too late to tell your story. The silence is not yours to carry.” - 01:03:17Contact Brad:WebsiteInstagramLinkedInYouTubeX (Twitter)TikTok#Empowerography #Empowerographypodcast #Podcast #SiblingSexualAbuse #SexualAssaultSurvivor #SiblingTrauma #BreakTheSilence #SurvivorStory #ChildhoodTrauma #FamilySecrets #HealingJourney #SpeakYourTruth #TraumaRecovery #IncestSurvivor #SexualAbuseSurvivor #CourageToSpeak #EndTheStigma #Survivor #Thriving #Author #Speaker #Advocate #Advocacywork #Taboo #Shatteringsilence #Mentalhealth #Thepoweroftruth #Therapy #Journaling #Forgiveness #Selfforgiveness #Truthtelling #Courtroom #Justice #PTSD #Healing #Healingjourney #Traumarecovery #Support #Stopsilence
Brad Walsh is an International Speaker, Soul Visibility Guide, podcast host/producer, photographer, and #1 International Best-Selling Author who helps women step into their power and men become compassionate leaders. Through Empowerography, a Top 1.5% Globally Rated Podcast, he has held space for 80p0+ conversations with extraordinary women, creating a movement to EMPOWER, ELEVATE, and EDUCATE voices around the world.I would like to personally welcome you to Brad's Corner, a new series under the Empowerography Podcast umbrella, a space where I share raw reflections, personal insights, and the lessons I've gathered from the incredible women I've had the honor of interviewing. In Episode 5 of Brad's Corner, I share the most personal story I've ever told, the story of the two women who saved me, shaped me, and taught me what real strength looks like long before I ever picked up a microphone. My mom. My Nana. When I was 10 years old, my mom made the hardest decision of her life. She left my biological father after 15 years of marriage, after he had an affair. She packed up what little we could carry, just the clothes on our backs and moved us into a one-bedroom apartment across the street. She slept on the couch every single night. My brother and I shared a bedroom with bunk beds. And she didn't complain. She just did what needed to be done. She got a job as a part-time cashier at a grocery store after not working for 10 years. She raised two boys on that salary. She didn't just survive, she rebuilt. She modeled what true courage looks like. Not the loud, performative kind, but the quiet, relentless kind that gets you through the darkest days. My Nana didn't have to step in. She'd already raised her own kids. She'd earned her rest. But when my mom needed her, she showed up without hesitation, without complaint. She watched us while my mom worked. She held space for her daughter while her daughter rebuilt her life. That is what true love looks like, not grand gestures, but steady, consistent, unwavering presence. This episode explores:The courage my mom showed (leaving, starting over, sleeping on a couch for years)The love my Nana gave (showing up without being asked, holding space, raising us alongside my mom)What they taught me about strength (it's not about never struggling—it's about getting up every day anyway)The permission they gave me to be human (at home, I could cry, feel, talk—I was allowed to be myself)The two worlds I lived in (at home = human, everywhere else = performing masculinity)Why I started Empowerography (to honor women like my mom and Nana who never had platforms)Key Insights:Real courage isn't loud, it's the quiet, relentless kind that gets you through the darkest daysTrue love isn't grand gestures, it's showing up even when it's hard, inconvenient, and you get nothing in returnStrength isn't about never struggling, it's about doing what needs to be done even when you don't feel like itEmpowerography exists to honor women like my mom and Nana who carried invisible labor and quiet strength that no one ever acknowledgedKey Message:Honor the women who raised you, not just with words, but with actions. My mom and my Nana didn't just raise me. They taught me what strength actually looks like. Everything I do, this podcast, the work as a photographer, this mission, this platform, it's all because of them. They are my heart. They are the foundation for the entire Empowerography vision. If you were raised by women who fought for you, who sacrificed for you, who loved you unconditionally, honor them. Show up. Be present. Be honest. Above all else, be human. That is how we honor the women who raised us.Contact Brad:WebsiteInstagramLinkedInYouTubeX (Twitter)TikTok#BradsCorner #Podcast #thewomenwhoraisedme #Empowerography #MasculinityRedefined #honorthewomen #courage #strength #showup #presence #behuman #love #resilience #permission #raisedbywomen #vision #belief #support
My guest today is Sonia Luckey. Sonia is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in integrative mental health and spiritual psychology, and the creator of ASCEND™, an 8-week soul-led experience guiding high-achieving women from burnout to embodied sovereignty. With dual certifications in psychiatry and family practice, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, and a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, her work bridges the nervous system with the soul—blending somatic healing, neuroscience, and spiritual integration to restore clarity, connection, and conscious leadership.. In this episode we discuss integrative mental health, spiritual psychology, the ascend program, shamanism and high achieving women.Website - https://www.sonialuckey.com/IG - https://www.instagram.com/sonialuckey/FB - https://www.facebook.com/sonia.gordon1YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEWsXnbSGLv77yU-lt0JcygLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/sonia-luckey-dnp-285b019/Sonia's Book - https://www.amazon.com/Seventh-Gate-Novel-Awakening-Awakener/dp/B0GXBH48GL/In this episode you will learn:1 Why healing doesn't start with the body—it starts with spirit—Sonia discovered through working with immigrant patients and indigenous medicine that illness begins in your spirit, emotions, and how you see the world, which is why Western medicine alone can never fully heal you without addressing what's happening in the unseen realms first.2 How to bridge Western medicine with indigenous healing without choosing sides—Sonia negotiated with a diabetic patient whose blood sugar was 800 to stay in the clinic for IV treatment while honoring his desire to go into the desert with his medicine man, proving that healing happens when you integrate both worlds rather than forcing people to abandon their beliefs.3 What it means to become the "crazy cat lady" of holistic medicine in a traditional system—By publishing papers, training healthcare companies, and openly practicing mindfulness and indigenous medicine before it was mainstream, Sonia created space for patients to heal their way while meeting all medical guidelines, teaching us that you can be different AND effective.“The medical world, the traditional system really showed me, I think, how people try to heal themselves. " - 00:05:15“That picture that we paint, the illusion that we build, that's really the illusion is that competence equals alignment." - 00:26:08"I think remembering who you are is the process of letting go what you're not.” - 00:56:38Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. My guest today is Vanessa Cardenas. Vanessa Cardenas is a Betrayal Recovery Specialist, author, and transformational speaker dedicated to helping individuals heal, rebuild, and thrive after experiencing profound betrayal. Drawing from her own life-altering journey and over 20 years as a C-Suite executive, Vanessa has guided countless clients toward emotional freedom, self-worth, and purposeful living. Her lived experience and professional expertise allow her to create a safe, supportive space where clients can reclaim their identity, rebuild trust, and embrace a future defined by resilience and empowerment. In this episode we discuss betrayal, relationship reset, emotional connection, self-trust and partnership dynamics.Website - https://www.understandingear.comIG - https://www.instagram.com/vanessa_understandingearFB - https://www.facebook.com/UnderstandingEar/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@Vanessa-CardenasLinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/in/vanessa-cardenas-relationship-reset/In this episode you will learn:1 Why betrayal trauma is completely different from other traumas—When Vanessa's husband said "I've met someone" on a beautiful spring day in Central Park, it didn't just shatter her marriage, it opened Pandora's box of every micro-betrayal she'd minimized throughout her entire life, from kindergarten forward, all stacking until one flick collapsed everything.2 How trying to "fix" betrayal with intelligence and psychology degrees backfires—As a C-suite executive with a psychology degree, Vanessa thought she could intellectually solve betrayal trauma, but she learned that betrayal requires a completely different healing approach: you can't think your way out of what you need to feel your way through.3 What "You're not broken, you're responding" actually means—Betrayal survivors aren't behind, aren't damaged, and don't need to be "stronger", they need grace, time, and understanding that their descent into darkness isn't weakness, it's the human response to having your entire reality shattered in three words.“In a nutshell, I had known my husband for three decades. We had been married for two decades and played hooky and went through Central Park together on a beautiful spring day. " - 00:04:18“A lot of people who have been betrayed, who have been cheated on, will want to scream it from the mountaintops." - 00:41:12"No two relationships are the same. Again, as we talked about betrayals on a spectrum, what might be okay for one couple is absolutely not okay for another couple.” - 01:10:40Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. She is the international #1 best-selling author of The Recovering People Pleaser and the host of the Empower Hour with KB podcast, where she shares lived wisdom, practical tools, and empowering perception shifts designed to awaken and guide individuals on their self-healing journey. In this episode we discuss radical responsibility, self-inquiry, people pleasing and self-love.Website - https://www.kristenbrown.orgIG - https://www.instagram.com/self_love_junkieFB - https://www.facebook.com/KristenBrownCoaching/YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@KristenBrownIn this episode you will learn:1 Why the catalyst question "Why don't you treat yourself that way?" changed everything-After her husband abandoned her and three children, leaving her broke and homeless, Kristen's meditation practice opened her to Spirit asking a series of questions that revealed she was the common denominator, not because she was broken, but because she wasn't treating herself like her own best friend.2 How radical responsibility without self-blame creates transformation-Kristen learned to own her patterns (staying too long, not setting boundaries, choosing unavailable partners) while giving herself grace and compassion, recognizing she did the best she could with the evolution, knowledge, and fears she had at the time.3 Why cleaning up your inner world changes your outer reality—When you truly learn to love yourself and put the focus back on you in the truest essence of self-love, you won't see fireworks and marching bands, but you'll witness subtle shifts as your changed energy attracts new experiences that reflect your inner transformation back to you.“One day I was sitting in my room at the edge of my bed, just waiting to go pick up my daughter from school and the idea that I was the common denominator came into my head. " - 00:06:24“Self-abandonment creates resentment, It creates overwhelm, it can create anxiety." - 00:38:21"I feel like love is rooted in the highest essence and energy of what we are made of.” - 00:58:02Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. My guest today is Jill Nixon. Hi I’m Jill Alanna, I’m a Shamanic Prosperity Mentor ~ in short I help people access their power, potentials and purpose through integrating their shadow. I am the founder of JAI Breathwork & JAI Soul Activations ~ certified in over 14 modalities, including Quantum Energy Healing, Intuition, Shamanism, Clinical Hypnosis & many more I was guided to create my own modalities bridging the gap between the clinical healing world and the spiritual world. In this episode we discuss shamanic prosperity, breathwork, quantum energy healing, soul path and the divine feminine.Website - https://www.jillalannainternational.com/IG - https://www.instagram.com/jillalannanixonJill's Podcast - https://open.spotify.com/show/1KpL5jhE51zA4igp0prveb?si=7ddfc39f78dd42ceYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@jillalannainternationalIn this episode you will learn:1 Why following your soul's path is the highest form of prosperity; Jill left corporate after one month, pursued acting, then energy healing, and now experiences daily miracles and "holy provision" because she refuses to do anything just for money and trusts that when she follows her soul, source has her back.2 How your unique soul gifts are lying dormant under your deepest traumas, the more you alchemize trauma through shadow work and breathwork, the more your superpowers activate, because source doesn't want your gifts activated without the wisdom that comes from healing what hurt you.3 Why challenges and initiations before breakthroughs are signs you're ON path, not off, when you're about to do something impactful, you'll be tested (Wi-Fi fails, money disappears, obstacles appear), and leaders who give up right before the biggest breakthrough miss the gold that's just one foot away.“The highest path of prosperity is our soul path and prosperity all encompassing. Like people are like, you're so lucky. I have so many miracles. " - 00:07:05“I think we're waking up into true prosperity, true abundance, community, win-win, that there's more than enough to play around, that the highest timeline is what our soul is calling us to do." - 00:39:13"Stop looking externally for all the answers. Come back to yourself. Trust your wisdom. Trust where your soul is guiding you.” - 01:31:12Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. I like change. I don't like to stagnate. " - 00:02:27“Shakespeare said, all the world's a stage and I say, if you didn't get the right part, change it." - 00:46:34"Women diminish themselves all the time to fit in.” - 01:15:41Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. Brad Walsh is an International Speaker, Soul Visibility Guide, podcast host/producer, photographer, and #1 International Best-Selling Author who helps women step into their power and men become compassionate leaders. Through Empowerography, a Top 1.5% Globally Rated Podcast, he has held space for 750+ conversations with extraordinary women, creating a movement to EMPOWER, ELEVATE, and EDUCATE voices around the world.I would like to personally welcome you to Brad's Corner, a new series under the Empowerography Podcast umbrella, a space where I share raw reflections, personal insights, and the lessons I've gathered from the incredible women I've had the honor of interviewing. In Episode 4 of Brad's Corner, I get real about what true strength actually looks like and spoiler alert: it's nothing like what we were taught. For 30 years, I thought strength meant dominance. Having all the answers. Never showing weakness. Being the guy who could handle anything without ever needing anyone. That's what the world taught me: Be strong. Be in control. Don't cry. Don't ask for help. Don't let anyone see you struggle. So I performed strength while falling apart inside. I suppressed emotions because showing them felt like failure. I isolated myself because needing people felt like weakness and you know what that got me? Exhaustion. Disconnection. A life where I was respected but never really known. Everything changed when I started listening to women. 750+ conversations later, I learned something that shattered everything I thought I knew: The strongest women I've interviewed aren't the ones who never struggle, they're the ones who are honest about their struggles. They're not the ones who have it all figured out, they're the ones who admit when they don't. They're not the ones who never need anyone, they're the ones who ask for help and build communities, and I realized: if that's true for them, why wouldn't it be true for me? This episode explores:The performance trap (how pretending to be strong actually made me weaker)What 750+ women taught me (real strength is built in connection, not isolation)The lie that's killing men (why traditional masculinity is costing us our lives)My own unlearning (how I'm still catching myself defaulting to the performance)What my daughters, wife, and podcast guests actually need from me (not invulnerability, but humanity) Brad's Corner, a place where I work through this stuff out loud, share what I'm learning, and get honest about where I'm still struggling. If you're tired of performing, this one's for you. 💡 Key Insights:The strongest thing a man can do isn't suppress his emotions—it's feel themThe strongest thing a man can do isn't have all the answers, it's admit when he doesn'tThe strongest thing a man can do isn't carry everything alone, it's ask for helpThe strongest thing a man can do isn't dominate, it's partnerThe strongest thing a man can do isn't perform invulnerability, it's show up as fully humanMen who strongly adhere to traditional masculine norms are 2.4 times more likely to die by suicideReal strength is built in connection, not isolation Key Message:Being human is the strongest thing you can be.You don't have to have it all together. You're allowed to struggle. You're allowed to ask for help. You're allowed to feel your emotions instead of burying them. Doing those things doesn't make you weak, it makes you strong. It makes you human. And being human? That's the strongest thing you can be. Not performing strength, but being strong enough to be vulnerable.Contact Brad:WebsiteInstagramLinkedInYouTubeX (Twitter)TikTok#bradscorner #empowerography #thestrongestthingamancando #MasculinityRedefined #CompassionateMasculinity #HealthyMasculinity#MensWork #ModernMasculinity #MentalHealthMatters #MenAndEmotions #MenAndVulnerability #EmotionalIntelligence #PersonalGrowth #MensMentalHealth #Allyship #PersonalGrowth #SelfAwareness #Authenticity #performance

I am a certificated Angel Guide, trained with and featured on Kyle Gray’s website. An Angel guide is someone who works with the Angels, in my case, I specialise in space clearing in person and from floor plans. I read Oracle cards helping to give people clarity and confidence, as well as offering past life regressions. I hold space for two spiritual circles a week and also monthly day retreats with themes such as ‘creating vision boards’, ‘creating a spiritual practice’ and ‘gratitude’. In this episode we discuss angel guides, space clearing, oracle cards, past life regression, shadow work and spiritual gifts.Website - https://www.samangelguide.comFB - https://www.facebook.com/samangelguideYouTube - https://www.youtube.com/@samangelguideIn this episode you will learn:Why spiritual growth is actual work—not rainbows and snowflakes and how confronting the parts of yourself you don't like (the shadow side) is the only path to real transformation and wholeness. The two practices most people overlook when awakening their intuition, journaling and meditation and why these unsexy, unglamorous habits are non-negotiable if you want to access your spiritual gifts. How to stop living for other people's approval and own who you are unapologetically because what other people think of you is literally none of your business, and hiding your gifts keeps you small.“In the spiritual closet. I really didn't want to be seen, although I didn't realize until I was about 20 that not everyone could see spirit." - 00:02:28“The hard truth about spiritual work is it is work." - 00:26:46"The oracle cards basically get to the things that we already know, but we don't consciously know.  So it's like putting a light up against who you are.” - 00:46:05Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. The invisible labor of women that happens in the workplace too, right?" - 00:28:33"When it comes to your job or your next job, don't think about your job as, say you're trying to find a job, as a goal and that's a mindset that so many people go to Oh, if I can only get that manager role, if I only get, no. Think about it as your next job is a tool.” - 00:58:37Empowerography Live Conference 2026 | April 24th - 26th | Toronto, OntarioThe Empowerography Live Conference 2026 is more than an event, it’s a 2.5-day in-person experience designed to help women reconnect to their voice, their power, and their next chapter. From April 24–26 in Toronto, women from around the world will gather for deep conversations, powerful storytelling, hands-on workshops, and real human connection. Through Empowerography, a Top 1.5% Globally Rated Podcast, he has held space for 750+ conversations with extraordinary women, creating a movement to EMPOWER, ELEVATE, and EDUCATE voices around the world. I would like to personally welcome you to Brad's Corner, a new series under the Empowerography Podcast umbrella, a space where I share raw reflections, personal insights, and the lessons I've gathered from the incredible women I've had the honor of interviewing. In Episode 3 of Brad's Corner, I drop into a raw, unfiltered conversation about vulnerability, not as weakness, but as a superpower. For years, I thought vulnerability was something you earned after you had life figured out. That you'd share once you were past it. Once you were stronger. Once you had answers. But 750+ conversations with extraordinary women taught me something completely different.Vulnerability isn't a destination. It's a doorway. This episode isn't about oversharing or trauma-dumping. It's about the courage it takes to be real, to admit you're struggling, to ask for help, to show up imperfectly instead of performing strength. I share what shifted for me when I witnessed hundreds of women being vulnerable in the middle of their becoming, not after they had it figured out, but while they were still in it. And how that shifted everything I believed about strength, leadership, and connection. This episode explores:The lie we've been sold (that strong people don't struggle)What 750+ women taught me (vulnerability is trust, not weakness)My own wake-up call (hiding behind the microphone while asking others to be visible)Armor vs. alchemy (the trade-off between safety and connection)What vulnerability actually is (intentional honesty, not recklessness) Brad's Corner — a place for truth, reflection, and conversation that comes straight from the soul.If you're ready to stop performing and start connecting, this one's for you. 💡 Key Insights: Vulnerability isn't weakness, it's the highest expression of strengthWhen someone is vulnerable with you, they're saying "I trust you with my truth"Vulnerability doesn't repel people, it invites them inYou can't tell people to use their voice if you're not using yoursVulnerability creates permission for others to be real too Key Message:Vulnerability isn't about being ready. It's about being willing. You don't have to have it all together. You don't have to be perfect. You don't have to perform strength when you're actually struggling. When you let people see the real, messy, imperfect you, that's when the magic happens. That's when real connection is built. Because vulnerability isn't weakness. It's a superpower. If this resonates, subscribe to The Empowerography Podcast for more raw reflections on leadership, growth, and what it really takes to show up fully in your life.Contact Brad:WebsiteInstagramLinkedIn YouTubeX (Twitter)TikTok#Empowerography #BradsCorner #StepIntoYourLight #VisibilityMatters #CourageToBeSeen #BeSeenBeHeard #showupfully #ownyourvoice #authenticleadership #newepisode #vulnerability #VisibilityIsService #YouCantLeadFromTheShadows #CourageOverComfort #PlayBigger #StopPlayingSmall #YourVoiceIsNeeded #MakeYourImpact #BeBoldBeVisible #presenceoverperfection #theworldneedsyou #theworldneedsyourvoice #MustListen #PodcastLife #OnTheMic #SubscribeAndListen #ShareYourVoice #InspirationDaily #mindsetshift #ListenIn #compassionateleadership #allyship #alliesforwomen #consciousmasculinity #heartcentredleadership #holdspace #supporther #realconversations #podcasting #leadershipfromwithin #consciousleadership #purposedriven #transformationstartshere #selfleadership #personalgrowth #impactoverimpressions
