Full transparency of ALL private-sector AI systems. This might sound extreme, but no human to whom monetary profit is important absolutely can be trusted to behave ethically. Imagine a CEO instructing an AI to prioritize his personal wealth, or his company's share price, in the least detectable way possible. I truly don't think that advanced AI and capitalism are compatible.
