“East Side Sessions” is the Project Grand Slam album that I released in January 2020, just a few months before the pandemic caused a worldwide lockdown. The album features 12 of my new songs - all vocals for the first time. Our singer was the incomparable Marilyn Castillo. The reviewers were effusive in their praise and called it “Album Of The Year!”, “Impeccable!”, “Another Winner!” and “A Sonic Tour de Force!”But the album got lost in the Covid shuffle. So this episode gives the album the sendoff it should have received. It features excerpts from a number of the songs, including several that I wrote for my grandchildren, which made the album particularly personal for me.I hope you like it. East Side Sessions Spotify link.---------------------------------------------The Follow Your Dream Podcast:Top 1% of all podcasts with Listeners in 200 countries! For more information and other episodes of the podcast click here. To subscribe to the podcast click here.To subscribe to our weekly Follow Your Dream Podcast email click here.To Rate and Review the podcast click here.“Dream With Robert”. Never thought a podcast would bring a tear to my eye, but the Lee Sklar episode--and Steve Katz before that--did just that. I'm fortunate to have been there at the beginning, and to be taken back to the making of "Dr. My Eyes" and "Sometimes in Winter" were revealing and wonderful moments. Give us more, Robert!
