just a heads up the volume level is super low on this podcast for me on the cast box app.

The logic used by these hosts is consistently SO. BAD. They should be embarrassed to make some of the arguments they use - especially since they ooze entitlement and a misplaced sense of superiority. I love "debating" guys like this - too bad Fresh & Fit only select guests who they are certain won't embarrass them, or I'd try to get on the show.
