We’re sharing an episode from our friends at Latino USA! In this episode, producer Reynaldo Leaños Jr. travels to southern Arizona where one of the first major concentrations of surveillance towers on the southern border were built, and he looks at what these towers mean today, and for the future of those crossing, and living, there. The “virtual wall” across the U.S.-Mexico border is made up of things like drones, sensors, cameras and… surveillance towers. Both Democrats and Republicans have supported border technology through the years, but advocates and researchers argue that a virtual wall can be as controversial, and deadly, as a physical wall. This is very incredible. I truly enjoyed it. I am here to share about www.fightingforfutures.org at https://whosinsights.com/entretech-org/
Thank you, I love you. So inspiring and so needed today.
I listened to the podcast, and it did not change my mind. If you acquire a debt, pay it off. For-profit schools should not be allowed to get federal funds. I did like that, Jubilee bought delinquent student loan debt and forgave it. That is thinking outside of the box. Consider educating students on not taking predatory loans. If you want free college, then make it only for those who are academicly qualified. College is not for everyone.

(in the USA at least) the Federal minimum wage in general is tricky, especially when dealing with localized economies. When $15 can purchase more or less than in one place as compared to another. Is it fair to business's small to large whom are required pay a minimal amount as a flat rate? A livable wage is an amount realitive to the local economy is it not?
