Hell and Gone
Description
Hell And Gone is a true crime podcast from iHeartPodcasts and School of Humans that follows journalist and private investigator Catherine Townsend as she investigates unsolved deaths.
Now in its fifth season, Hell and Gone is going weekly.
Over the past five years of making true crime podcast Hell and Gone, host Catherine Townsend has received hundreds of messages from people all around the country asking for help with an unsolved murder that’s affected them, their families and their communities.
In past seasons of the show, she’s only been able to focus on one case. But now, she’s hosting a new weekly show called Hell and Gone Murder Line. Every Thursday, Catherine features a new case, adds updates to old ones, and helps as much as she can to get the word out about unsolved murders.
If you have a case you’d like Catherine and her team to look into, you can call the Hell and Gone Murder Line at 678-744-6145.
There are too many commercials!
Galesburg isn't across from the KY state line. It's located in NW IL closer to the IA border. just FYI on this location.

Hell and Gone has turned into the commercial podcast. if you enjoy listening to commercials, I highly recommend Hell and gone.
At 47:16 the episode abruptly end mid-sentence then cuts to credits. 😑
If something is dismissed with prejudice it means that the decision is final and cannot be brought again.
the inane conversations and fake terror seem to be made by and for 12 year olds
why are parts cut out?
Wtf
This was incredibly moving. Finally a promise answered. #justiceforrebecca
Is it possible that she was doing hallucinogens instead of drinking or smoking when she said she was "so F'd up" but "she didn't sound drunk"? Those things can make you trip out. She could have crawled into the sewer to get away from something she was hallucinating.
This show takes way too long to make any points.
Not liking the ammo sponsor. Do you really need them?
The nicotine adds are discussing!
half this episode is commercials
why didn't they have the service but just wait on the actual burial??
seems to be my next binge worthy podcast ..hoping that I'm not making a bad decision by beginning to invest time to listen to this one!
Referring to truck convoy episode, a lot of facts are wrong. Go Fund Me largest donations before this was Humboldt tragedy. There are thousands of trucks but media wont allow anything truthful that is positive. Truckers are complying and police are actually delivering hot food to them and saying good things. They are peaceful and its the few ppl not involved wih the convoy making trouble. If you are basing this podcast off of ctv news or any other main news story yous are being fooled. These are all blue collar workers supporting a cause and have been made out to look like something different. I'm not for or against it but its disgusting how main stream media is portraying this. I live 1 hr outside ottawa and there has been minimal problems and so much love. The unity is unbelievable. Did you hear about them playing street hockey? Did you see the pics of them laying flowers at the statues? Cleaning the monuments? Of course not, just that some idDid you hear about them having peace
why does she keep saying "I visited Chris in prison a few years ago", over and over, but never says why? that's really annoying
I find that a podcast so annoying it just drags on and on. Hosts go and talk to the two main suspects JD & Chris and and don't even ask them Why they were accused & why they thought each other did it????!!! then they bang on for another a whole episode just throwing up ideas? You interviewed them both? why didn't you ask them why they thought each other did it?? They must've had a problem with her
