Trump was found guilty of 34 felony charges in a NY criminal court, prosecuted by New York City's first Black District Attorney and tried before a jury of ordinary citizens. But that doesn't mean what it means for most ordinary folk. Though, as a convicted felon, he can't get a job at many places, he can still be President. We've got an important PSA about Leopards Eating Your Face if you think not voting is a choice. We're also trying to understand why Halle Berry's current partner Van Hunt is attending court-ordered co-parenting counseling with Halle and her ex? Eboni breaks down why that might not be the smartest move. And finally, Black men forced off an American Airlines flight due to an...odor? Eboni and Dustin have thoughts, feelings, and opinions. The Clean Slate Initiative believes everyone deserves a second chance and believes that people should not be defined by their criminal records. Read CEO Sheena Meade's Op-Ed in Essence Magazine. absolutely hold your own line- racism is a slippery slope that is getting steeper before our eyes (thanks DJT). but you know what else, black folks gotta be tired of taking all the responsibility for educating ignorant white folks. it's about time white allies act like it and when you hear some fuct shit out in the world- call it out. take some responsibility to mitigate a tiny bit of the sea of hurtful ignorance out there!
