This episode we are joined by Seattle natives AVOID, a band that started out as a couple of high school friends and have since grown into a national touring act opening for bands such as Devil Wears Prada, Fit For A King, Dayseeker, Silent Planet and more! Benny, Chris and (off camera) Nick were an absolute pleasure to have on the show!

A very special episode, Fluff goes it alone while Hans is on a cruise. Our guest is Will Deely from the mighty Beartooth, and ironically we also chat about cruises! Will was a great hang especially since he was 5 weeks into a 7 week tour cycle. What a great time!

For our debut episode we couldn't think of a better guest than Cove Reber of Saosin and Dead American. Cove could not have been more open with us and was also a fantastic hang!
