Do you enjoy the snooze alarm game? A lot of people you know including yourself do. It’s kind of fun but mostly torture. For 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your level of expertise, you get to see how many times you will hit the snooze button and sleep in 5 or 10 minute intervals before having to jump out of bed and mad dash through the morning to get ready.
Every day, you wake up exhausted, you don’t get to the most important thing you told yourself the night before you would do first thing in the morning, your energy is low before noon and by 3 PM you’re begging yourself for a nap.
The key to breaking this cycle to start waking up at the time you want and need to is having the habits and routines built in place that make you so efficient that success becomes inevitable.
You don’t have to struggle every morning to get up early, you don’t need to set an alarm every night before bed to get up in the morning on time, and you don’t have to suffer through your days forever tired.

Chat GPT AI went from 0 to over 100Million users in less than 2 months. AI is super fucking dangerous, but it’s inevitable, will make our lives better, and you should CAREFULLY love it.
Is AI dangerous? Next to thermonuclear war and an asteroid strike, I’d say it’s the most radically dangerous threat that we face as a species. Buuuuut I’m still super excited. And by the end of this video you will be too.
If you’re terrified of AI right now, you’re rational. If you’re not at least worried it will take a wrong turn into James Cameron territory, you’re not paying attention. To paraphrase Elon Musk, the human endeavor to create AI could be the first step towards a technological utopia or a demon summoning circle. It’s not clear which way it will go. But one thing is for sure, we will not control it. And he’s right, but the truth is, the genie is out of the bottle, and we’re going to have to deal with it
I fear it will be a bit of both.
AI, which simply stands for Artificial Intelligence, is getting smart. Really smart. And AI doesn’t have to outsmart us by much to completely dominate us. Let me give you an example for scale: A moron is technically someone with an IQ of about 70. The average IQ in the US is 98. Einstein was estimated to be 160. And according to the Guiness book of World Records, the highest IQ ever recorded came in at a whopping 210. That means that a super genius is only 3 times smarter than a moron. But Einstein, who was actually only 2.3 times smarter than a moron, had insights that gave birth to nuclear power and nuclear bombs, not to mention lasers, GPS, and a whole lot more. Said another way, a little intelligence goes a loooooooong way.
Nuclear warheads are scary enough, but AI isn’t going to be a little smarter than Einstein, it’s going to be a LOT smarter. Not 5 times smarter or 10 times or even 10,000 times smarter. We’re talking millions of times smarter.
Despite the reality of all the bad stuff that’s coming, here are three traps we must avoid.
1. Burying our heads in the sand.
2. Panicking.
3. Trying to abolish AI.
Panicking is the same as actively taking your own intelligence offline. When you panic, blood leaves your prefrontal cortex, which is the seat of high level cognition. Therefore it actually makes you dumber. And in the face of artificial super intelligence that strikes me as a very bad idea.
In the short term you need to do three things:
1. Reframe your thinking around AI. Don’t see it as the enemy. See it as a tool. You’re not going to be replaced by AI, at least not yet. You’re going to be replaced by a human using AI. Be the human that replaces others.
2. Figure out how AI is going to disrupt you. Face it head on. Don’t run. Don’t hide. Identify your vulnerabilities and shore up your skill set.
3. Identify all of the AI tools that are relevant to you and master them. Learn absolutely everything you can.
Remember, this is the very beginning of a very aggressive revolution. Moving quickly gives you advantages.
First of all, let me acknowledge that I’m a pundit here, not an expert. While we’re working feverishly to integrate AI into our company’s workflow, I’m not the guy who can tell you how AI works under the hood. So what follows will be me thinking out loud based on what I’ve learned from the experts in my attempts to use AI in both my daily life and the daily operations of my company.

Regulators shuttered SVB Friday and seized its deposits in the largest U.S. banking failure since the 2008 financial crisis and the second-largest ever. The company’s downward spiral began late Wednesday, when it surprised investors with news that it needed to raise $2.25 billion to shore up its balance sheet. Limiting beliefs are the disempowering stories you tell yourself about why this is harder for you or that’s impossible for someone like you.
Often they stem from childhood experiences and get carried into our adult years. The problem is when you hold onto these stories as if they were fact. Tom has spent years learning and trying out personal rules, beliefs and systems that have allowed him to become the ultra-successful entrepreneur he is today.
If success is something you desire and becoming a better version of yourself is a priority, you have to address your limiting beliefs. While Tom doesn’t believe you have to seek out every single limiting belief to overcome it, you do need to get new beliefs and systems in place that will be more empowering than the narrative you’ve been listening to.

I’ve been working with my spouse for almost two decades now, and in this video I’m going to teach you how to do it well. Just be warned, you may hate the answer.
This topic is big enough to warrant its own book, but if people won’t give you a simple answer to a complicated topic it’s because they don’t understand it well enough. So here you go, I’m going to give it to you in a sentence: To work well with your significant other you must each play a clearly defined role.
Sex and Entrepreneurship are both team sports. And if you’re doing it alone it can still be cool, but it’s called something else entirely.
Here’s how we did it:
Here’s the trick to managing both love and business.
Step 1. Choose well. Selection is 80% of the battle in romance. If you can’t find someone amazing, masterbate. And keep looking. Because a bad relationship is worse than no relationship at all. That goes for business and love. Unless you want to split your company up in the divorce, don’t mess up this step. It will be ruinous. A business will not bring you together any more than kids will. It will expose your flaws.
What makes someone amazing? Most of that is going to be intensely personal. You’d probably hate being married to me, but my wife swears she loves it. Maybe there’s just no accounting for taste. Or maybe we selected well. I’ll let you be the judge, but here is the criteria we’ve refined over the years for people who ask this questions:
Gotta be love. Bit like pornography. Hard to describe, but you’ll know it when you see it.
Committed to maintaining a thriving sex life
Committed to the relationship
Has a growth mindset
Shares most of your values
On balance is your equal
On balance is emotionally stable
Plays a different, but complementary role in the relationship
Legitimately wants you to be happy
Takes full responsibility for their actions and emotional state
If you or your partner doesn’t already have that mentality, then stop watching this video now and address that. You simply will not succeed working with your spouse if you don’t both have a growth mindset.
Step 2. Define your roles. Lisa and I realized early on that no relationship will survive two alphas fighting for control. This is a team sport. You each need to have a clearly defined role and play it well. Lisa and I have found that this tends to break along traditional gender lines. It doesn’t have to, but I think there are deep biological reasons why this plays out in the averages.
Said simply, men will break themselves in half to lead, sacrifice, and provide, making them ideal rockets. Women on the other hand are adept at securing cooperation and realizing their agenda by coordinating the actions of a team, making them the needed fuel to move the rocket.
Here it is: Men and women, in general, want their partner to make them feel fundamentally different things. This disconnect creates a massive amount of friction.
Step four. Create Rules of Engagement around how to deal with the collision of two modes of being. Romance and Business aren’t like oil and water where they don’t mix. They’re like mentos and Coca Cola, they’re explosive when put together.
Rule number 1: Define your roles CLEARLY.
Rule number 2:
Rule 3: Partner only with your equal
Rule 4: Act differently in your romantic partnership than in your business partnership
Rule 5: Lead with love
Rule 6: Over communicate.
I hope hearing how Lisa and I have navigated this tricky terrain is helpful for you all. I hope that you take this merely as a starting point and you find what works best for you. I hope you understand the averages, but don’t feel you need to conform to them. Find what works for you and live a life that you love.

How far are you willing to go to achieve perfect health? Depending on your current health you may be more or less inclined to go to the extremes to practice the radical discipline required to achieve near perfect health.

An excellent primer and reminder of the proven core principles of how money the economy and wealth operates. We are at such a crucial time in history (no hyperbole) that people are going either feral, or fetal.
