On the morning of July 20, 2020, Grant Solomon lost his life in what appeared to be a tragic accident, where he was reportedly struck by his own truck. According to Grant’s father, Aaron Solomon, the only confirmed witness to the incident, Grant was retrieving baseball equipment from the bed of his truck when the vehicle unexpectedly shifted into reverse, and pulled him into a rock filled ditch. Due to inconsistencies in Aaron's claims surrounding Grant's death, numerous red flags have been raised. In 1971, Philip Zimbardo recruited participants to take on the roles of “prisoners” and “guards” to investigate the psychological effects of perceived power; Zimbardo's primary reason for conducting the experiment was to focus on the power of roles, rules, symbols, group identity and situational validation of behavior that generally would repulse ordinary individuals. But the experiment had to be terminated over a week earlier than expected due to how the participants began to act. Today, the findings of Zimbardo are debated, as is the methodology and ethical considerations of the actual experiment. Please! If you r are going to do a podcast get the details correct. Learn how to pronounce names. You did not need to say you knew very little about the Salem Witch Trials; it was pretty evident. Sorry if this sounds harsh but Susannah North Martin is one of my family.

Love this episode, as a Canadian I can tell you that a) you pronounced Mississauga perfectly, b) Canada most definitely does not have its sh*t together, and c) Jack Astor's is a national chain, known for its really good burgers, and the waiter's uniforms which each have a snarky comment or joke printed on the back.

Hi ladies, just found the show and I'm really enjoying it. This episode was bananas but one thing that I'm interested in knowing is if Mary's mom had any known history of mental illness. Maybe you mentioned it and I missed it but anyway. Great show!

thank u for covering MMIW...I used to live in Missoula Montana...I am Native American, Ojibwa, and I have been hoping that people, outside the Native American communities, start realizing this is a HUGE issue and up until lately, has been largely ignored by the media nationwide...our people are plagued by stereotypes....all NA are drunks and chronic drug users...yes our people do have issues with substance abuse...especially on the poorer reservations. Our sisters who went missing, according to law enforcement, are off partying and will eventually come home, or they ran off with a man, or they overdosed, dui, in a jail somewhere....but don't worry....they will need money and come home. law enforcement, where I lived, had no intention of actually dedicating any man hours for the search of our loved ones...but the last couple of years has brought a little more attention to this tragedy that has affected alot of NA families. for the last couple years I make Xmas decorations that have the
