Hello Mr Buffini! I just started to listen to your podcast thanks to a recommendation from Jerry Robertson. I have to tell you, this podcast really hit home! I left my hometown because of familial issues about 10 years ago. I went from Western New York to Southeast Texas and now I'm in Northwest Arkansas. I have been trying to find my place and I just started real estate in a place that does not feel as "safe" as it would if I were back home. Not having many contacts, not being familiar with the area, only having a handful of people to cheer me on has been difficult. But you give some great pointers and I will be implementing them immediately! Thank you for this!
