We see athletes engaging in things like high altitude training, cold and heat exposure– and optimized recovery in the form of nutrition, meditation and sleep hygiene… all the biohacking things. THIS. THIS. THIS. AMEN!!!!!! This might be the best podcast episode I've ever listened to. Thank you a million times over for COMMON SENSE. I'm so disgusted with the ignorance of society. I've checked out politically and just want people to be kind to each other. Thank you.

Ive just been listening to your heartbreak episode. Jillian, remember you are enough and you are a good mum and person, you have so much going on right now, and you will get to the other side and your children will be fine, do not be so hard on yourself, give yourself time, enjoy the little things. I myself split/ divorced from my husband 6 years ago and it turns your world upside down, you have to readapt and if you've been out of the dating game for a while it's hard going. hang in there. loving your podcasts, don't change anything! best wishes. I love this podcast so much, but I really don't like the phone call questions! Much prefer it when y'all take questions from email/Twitter, without calling the actual question asker

I really, really missed Jillian's show. She has helped inspire and motivate me so much through everything that she does. Her radio show got me through the beginning of my weight loss, through the rough patches and all the way to the end. Now that I'm working to maintain it, I couldn't be happier to have her back. If you've never heard her show before, you are missing out. Please do yourself a big favor and check it out! She is awesome!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the KFI radio show in the past: chock full of great advice, daily slices of motivation, a must-have podcast for anyone with fitness goals. Jillian is charismatic, well-spoken, and above all else blunt. She puts things into perspective. And the best part of all, it's a podcast for everyone: losing weight, getting fit, gaining weight. (And I LOVE Janice, so happy she's got a bigger role this time around!
