Stephen Tinsley, the elected sheriff of Clinch County, Georgia and his wife, Deputy April Tinsley, were stopped at a gas station hours away from their jurisdiction when Deputy Tinsley told her husband a man inside the store groped her buttocks. Sheriff Tinsley arrested Darius Rice and handed him over to local deputies.
