Fu Banger sits down to breakdown his involvement with the Nine Trey Gangsters, surviving Rikers, and navigating the federal system after the 6ix9ine RICO case exploded. He details what really happened inside Manhattan Correctional Center’s SHU the night Jeffrey Epstein died — what he saw, what inmates were saying, and why the entire unit felt off. Fu also explains why he believes 6ix9ine staged his recent “home invasion robbery,” and gives his honest reaction to Diddy’s viral prison photos and the trouble they may bring. He opens up about his time at a federal low-security prison, including how the yard handled high-risk inmates, predators, and those with serious charges, and what daily life at a low really looks like.

Nesto, raised in Harlem by a single mother, joins Ian to share the raw and unfiltered story of how he went from early street life to surviving some of the most dangerous prisons in New York. Pulled into the streets at a young age, Nesto became involved in a string of robberies that led to his arrest and time on Rikers Island, where he faced violence, chaos, and the reality of New York’s jail system before taking a 3.5-year plea deal. After sentencing, he was sent to one of New York’s most feared maximum-security prisons—known by inmates as “The Jungle”—where he witnessed extreme violence, gang politics, and the daily pressure of staying alive. While inside, Nesto caught a new charge for slashing another inmate, which added 1.5 more years to his sentence and landed him in solitary confinement, where the mental toll became just as intense as the physical dangers.

James Reda grew up in Las Vegas being raised by his grandparents, but his life took a sharp turn when his father taught him how to scam slot machines at a young age. That early introduction to hustling led James into a world of check fraud, casino scams, and eventually time in both Nevada state prison and federal prison — including serving time in the same facility as his father. After his first release, James tried to rebuild his life working as a limo driver, but he became wrapped up in an FBI indictment connected to his job. While on pre-trial release, he slipped back into check fraud and landed in prison again — where he was even accidentally released before being taken back into custody. Ultimately sentenced to more time, James served in both systems before using his second chance on the outside to finally turn his life around. In this episode, he breaks down his entire journey: the early scams, the prison time, the FBI case, the accidental release, the relapse, and what it took to change his life for good. If you’re interested in Vegas crime stories, prison life, redemption arcs, and real interviews with people who’ve lived it, this conversation delivers honesty, insight, and wild twists from start to finish.

Michael Martinez grew up in San Diego and started getting into trouble as a teenager before turning his life around and heading to Hawaii for college. His goal was to serve and protect — but his past made getting into law enforcement a challenge. While waiting to be accepted, he worked animal control in San Diego County before finally joining the San Diego Police Department. Within his first two years, Michael was involved in three officer-involved shootings, an experience that led to severe PTSD, alcoholism, and a complete personal breakdown. This episode dives deep into the reality behind the badge — the trauma, the toll, and the long road to redemption. Michael opens up about how he rebuilt his life, saved his family, and learned that asking for help isn’t weakness — it’s survival.

Jeff Pike grew up surrounded by law enforcement — his father was a sheriff and later a Deputy U.S. Marshal — so from the time he was 13, he was visiting jails and crime scenes instead of playgrounds. Following in his father’s footsteps felt inevitable. After becoming a game warden in Virginia, Jeff transitioned into undercover police work, where he took on some of the wildest cases imaginable — from major drug operations to male prostitution stings and violent street investigations. As his career grew, Jeff joined the sheriff’s department, working deep inside the criminal underworld. But over time, he began to see the other side of policing — the corruption, the internal politics, and the moral conflicts that come with trying to do the right thing in a broken system. Eventually, he made the difficult choice to walk away from law enforcement altogether and start over as a private detective.

George Santos sits down with Ian Bick for his most revealing interview yet — sharing how he went from serving in Congress to serving time behind bars. In this episode, Santos opens up about the investigations, the scandals, the pressure, the downfall, and what prison was really like on the inside. He discusses the moment everything came crashing down, how he survived prison life, what he learned about himself on the inside, and how he views his future now that he’s out. Santos also speaks candidly about corruption, power, public scrutiny, media narratives, and how quickly someone in politics can rise — and fall. Whether you know him from headlines, controversies, or comedy sketches, this conversation goes far beyond the memes and viral clips. This is George Santos telling his story in his own words: the mistakes, the reality check, the consequences, and the lessons he took from prison and public disgrace.

Anthony Arillotta was a powerful boss in the Genovese Crime Family, one of New York’s most feared mafia organizations. Rising through the ranks in Springfield, Massachusetts, Arillotta became a made man and later took control of the family’s operations — running gambling, loansharking, and extortion rackets that defined East Coast organized crime. After years of violence, betrayal, and federal investigations, he made a decision that shocked the mob world and changed his life forever. Anthony opens up about his rise in the Genovese family, life as a mafia boss, the murders and power struggles that came with it, and what ultimately made him walk away from one of the most dangerous criminal organizations in America.

Kamil Philip was born in post-Communist Poland and came to the U.S. with his family on a one-month visa that turned into a lifelong fight for survival. Growing up in a Long Island junkyard, Kamil’s version of the American dream spiraled into gun charges, forged documents, and years of run-ins with the law. But his biggest battle wasn’t prison—it was deportation. After losing his mother and being targeted by a detective determined to ruin his future, Kamil faced being sent back to the country his family risked everything to leave. Against all odds, a judge let him stay, and he rebuilt his life from scratch. Today, he’s a successful business owner who employs ex-cons, mentors young people, and teaches others how to build their own second chance. From selling guns and fake documents to nearly being deported, Kamil’s story is a powerful journey of survival, redemption, and what it really takes to overcome the system.

Edward English grew up between Houston and Ohio in a turbulent home marked by an absent father and an abusive stepfather. Put on Ritalin from ages 7 to 17, he struggled with confidence and identity — eventually turning to drugs as a way to escape. What started as experimentation spiraled into an eight-year heroin addiction that led to his arrest in 2011 for possession, distribution, and trafficking. Sentenced to nearly eight years in prison, Edward served 4.5 before being released in 2016. Behind bars, everything changed. Through faith, mentorship, and personal growth programs, he transformed his mindset and rebuilt his life from the inside out — a journey he documents in his memoir Emersion. Today, Edward is 14 years clean, a husband, father, and commercial plumber in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to helping others overcome addiction and find purpose after prison. His story is one of pain, perseverance, and the power of true transformation.

this guy is really mad about *certain people* and sneakers. then he defends people convicted of child sex crimes. and those aren't even his worst takes.
Hey Brother, I have been introduced to your show and it is the most comforting feeling I've ever had! I served 25 flat at Indiana State Prison, I got incarcerated in 1991 so prison was still run by the convicts. I was one of the last of that era to grow up in it there, it all started at 19 and lasted to my early 40s. I've been out now for 10 years and have done alright, but behind my smile lies a scared convict who feels like he is on another planet. Listening to the show, now I want to open up.
