Can we talk about food noise for a second? That constant mental chatter that starts the second you wake up. What am I going to eat today? Should I have that? I really want that. I shouldn't. Can I tell you something the weight loss industry will never put on a before and after post? Losing weight is HARD. Not just physically, but emotionally, psychologically, and in ways that nobody prepares you for. And that silence does so much damage.
