I've had a goal to run a sub-30 minute 5K for years. Sometimes I'm all in with the goal and sometimes I'm not. The difference is that when I decide to postpone or even stop my work on the goal, I don't beat myself up for it.   It's the difference between a change in focus and quitting on yourself. And, today's podcast shows you how to do make sure you keep your ultimate goal in mind, even when your daily focus has to change.   Get the Free Course here:
Everybody has a limit to how much weight they can lose. And that limit is caused by YOU. Not your life, genetics, or your weight set point.   The easiest way to find your limit is to ask a simple question.   "I think ___ makes it hard for me to lose weight or to KEEP losing weight."   Your answers show you the things you have to prove wrong or you LIMIT how much weight you can lose.   Get the Free Course here:

Worry 2.0

Worry 2.0

Today we take a deeper dive into why we worry and what to do with it. We talk about how worry starts unconsciously, how it's really a normal, natural thing to do, and how we can justify ourselves worrying instead of actually solving the problem.   We give some tips about how we handle worry and how we've learned to think more about what we can control rather than what we can't.     Get the Free Course here:

It's amazing! She doesn't give us a meal plan or an exercise plan. She makes us think and do thought work...which can be exhausting. Lol! Mental weight loss = physical weight loss. That's the truth.

Thank you Corinne. I am still trying to get into the swing of all of this and admit that COVID19 and personal illnesses lately have been really down on myself. I really appreciate you and your podcasts. I have no way of joining your team in April but I appreciate your free help. I think it is very good of you to offer as much free advice as you do. Thank you for caring about people like me.

i hate the taste of water so i use rge different water enhancers like mio, etc. I really like that you are like start small. i think if you deny yourself over and over again it gets harder to go through with it. i am trying the smoothie diet right now. ive started with replacing one of my meals with a smoothie and eventually want to replace two meals wirh smoothies. And you kinda a little bit talked about intermittent fasting. does it not work? ive heard a lot of people talking about it. im 29 years old and ive been overweight since i was about 17. ive had 3 c sections in 5 yeaes and it gets hard. ive been in a place that I hate that i have to sit in a chair to play with my daughter that it hurts to much to sit on the floor.

Hi I'm a Disabled Physical Therapist and I have been introduced to your program by an Occupational Therapist in my Rehabilitation. I have suffered my most adult no life with being overweight. So I tragically had the Gastric bypass surgery in 1998. I weighed 250lbs and Lost 100 lb my stomach was so small that I couldn't absorb the vitamins I needed and it end up giving me a disability and I'm now in a wheelchair and weigh 300 pounds. this is very difficult for me to even talk about or try to do anything but your program was inspired to me by another occupational therapist my pride 2 for 1 day and it really really helps me I now started the documentation and trying to write a lot of stuff down which I don't like to do but I'm going to give it all my best thank you very much for introducing me to this program. a truck driver does not make their own schedule, in the days of paper logs, they did. Electronic logs have put a stop to that, when the computer says drive, you do, when it says stop you do.
