im a special case of type 1 diabetic. and bodybuilding. i tried lower carb diets and higher fat and so on... and every time i feel like complete shit. and i need more insulin . when i eat more carbs ( good ones not sugar ) i have lower bloodsugarlevels troughout the day and in need of less insulin. and i need like 50 grams of slow carbs mostely from oats and berries and some nuts. and then is sleep good. of i dont eat carbs pre bed. i wake up every hour. awsome info. so this confirms what i tought. i learned my body to thrive on high carbs, so when i cut them out my body gets more stressed and this fucked up my bloodsugars. i even got stagelean on higer carbs and less protien better then otherwise.and lost no mass. Awsome one! keep them coming guys💯💪🏻

Love the podcast. Only if our employers could understand we need to get outdoors away from screens, walk and train. Ideally we would be a healthier and more productive society. I enjoyed my younger days on the farm but had to move the city for more $$$$...but I would trade it any day to dig a trench or build a fence.
