I don't know if you can actually see the comments, but let me tell you that this is my FAVORITE podcast ever. I really love podcasts, but this one... is way beyond. I have insomnia, I really struggle to fall asleep, and when I do, I have nightmares, wake up at least two times during the night, and clench my teeth so hard I wake up with teeth ache. But whenever I listen to this podcast to sleep, I sleep like a baby. I sleep really fast, no nightmares, no clenching, no nothing. Thank you! 💫🥰
