loved the episode but rather disappointed that they didn't get Phoebe to swear this time
Defense attorneys are supposed to provide their client with a fair trial. When they put the victim on trial like this, they do not do themselves or their clients any favors. If I'm ever on the jury, these kind of lawyers would be super-effed, and so would their client.
