Finally allowing the memorial at City Hall is the beginning of change. This is proof that the old, sad racist generation has to die out in order for true change to occur since they are unwilling to adapt their schemas.

I was so excited about the donation and how excited these two amazing ladies were to get it. How can we donate to such a worthy cause?

No.no one here was FORCED to act. They were tricked into it, maybe peer-pressured, and by the way it wasn't too hard to get them to act. The person on the phone is sick, but the idiots who participated in the assault are really sick beyond excusing it as compliance. I do not believe It is human nature for us to believe that police will give us authority to do such inhumane things. I have seen too many people refuse, at their own detriment, to do the wrong thing in the face of authority. I don't even stop for the police when they go to pull me over in a dark area even though I'm "supposed to" they can go eff themselves. It is still your choice to participate and comply. I can tell you the only way that I would participate would be to save my children and I have to see them in danger in front of me. No. Just no. It was that guy's dream to rape a woman, and the guy on the phone give him an excuse to make his dream come true. To prison he should go.
