I really love this podcast and feel lucky to have found it. I've been a slave to my anxiety since childhood. I've tried so many things to deal with it, just like everyone else, looking for a "fix" for it. This podcast is so refreshing and enlightened. It's helping me so much and is life changing. You both are so real and open. Thank you for doing what you do!! 💛

I really loved this episode. I recently started mindful meditation and it does give me a sense of peace and calm throughout my day. I'm now learning to just be with my emotions instead of reacting to them. ive suffered from general anxiety and was diagnosed with panic disorder 14 years ago. also, I really like the books that you reference in your pod casts and usually purchase them off of amazon. thank you for providing a place for me to go that makes me feel like I'm not alone in dealing with panic disorder. By the way, I also have twins, two 5 year olds, one boy, one girl, so when you talk about being busy with regards to being a mother of twins, I can totally relate. :)
