Wow! I've just finished all the episodes to date in 2 days and I'm likely to relisten to all before the next episode drops. Myles brings necessary views to the rapidly forming dogmatism of FI/RE that cut to the bone of what is really happening inside and outside ourselves. Even if you aren't as libertarian as I am, it's still valuable to hear and wrestle with the contrarian side of life. Keep up the good work!
I was recently diagnosed with h pylori. I was prescribed amoxicillin 500 mg 4x daily, metronidazol 240 mg 4x daily, omeprazole 40mg 1x and famotidine 40mg 1x. I listened to your podcast trying to educate myself, but I'm over 50 and fatigued most of the time so concentration can be difficult. If there is something else I should be doing please let me know. Thank you for this podcast. I will relisten when I have more mental energy.
