Brianna would not survive her injuries and tragically passed away at the scene. Scarlett had enlisted the help of Eddie Ratcliffe, an unpopular boy with a hateful streak. Together they’d devised an evil murder plot for Brianna. Their whatsapp messages revealed a horrifying web of evidence. Devised kill lists, dark web obsessions and uncensored, unforgivable homophobic and transphobic messages.  Then, to know when to begin their attack on Brianna, they used the code word ‘GAY’. But despite all this, Brianna’s murder has still not been classed as a hate crime. And the trigger for Brianna’s murder in the first place?
