Not good. The narrator is talking way too fast and just basically reads information that was/is available in newspapers. Zero context or layering of the story, nothing that went deeper from an investigative standpoint. Also half the sentences seem to end in a question?? Poor effort.

I love audio chuck podcasts, but I can't stand the host's monotonous voice. Never thought a true crime pod cast could bore me and put me to sleep.

Not to take away from the Yosemite murder victims but...Parnell only got 7 years and served 5 for kidnapping Steven Stayner and Kevin White and wasn't sentenced to life until he tried to buy a child?! What in the actual F?

Well presented and edited. Reminds me of a photo of a man standing aside a Grizzly, with the caption; One is an innately violent unpredictable omniverous predator, the other is a bear.

Was super excited by the idea for this post cast. Having always loved the outdoors and wanting to take a long hiking trip one day. I'm also fascinated by true crime and slightly afraid to this because of stories that have happened in these beautiful settings. However, the storytelling can barely hold my attention..She could just as easily be reading a weather report for these places 😴 Still a good idea though!

So crazy! I live in the bordering county! That was the year I graduated high school, and remember bits and pieces of this.

love it the show & crime junkies. But get your geography correct. Glacier is only in Montana & Canada. Not Washington especially with Idaho in between.

An interesting concept, well presented. I enjoyed the Gary Michael Hilton episode. I live about an hour away from where the murder took place. I remember hearing about it years ago. This is one of the best presentations I've heard on that case.

I'm an audiochuck fan, been anticipating the podcast. but I am so disappointed, because it's not a podcast, but just text reading with painfully monotonic voice. it's hard to listen about such crimes when they are described with such indifirence. all true crime podcasters should learn from Ashley Flowers.

But none of the bodies were sexually assaulted....yet he said he did it for $ and sex. Weird guy is putting it mildly.
