Sameer Gadhia reconnects with audio didact and musical sponge David Sanders, better known as Jean Dawson. Jean grew up in Tijuana Mexico where he rode the bus into the US for school every day. He even taught himself to play piano on a drawing of a keyboard on the back of his school notebook. Caught between two countries and classifications, Jean and Sameer connected over the feeling of not belonging when he was first on Point of Origin four years prior. The two met in person two years later when Jean opened up for Young The Giant, and then reconnect on Point of Origin a few days before Jean's new album Glimmer of God is released.
