In the 1980s, Gary Heidnik ran a church out of his home in Philadelphia with fifty devout congregants professing their unwavering loyalty. When a woman in Texas was pulled over for driving erratically, the state trooper on duty was shocked to discover a newborn baby laying across the lap of the distressed driver.  The driver explained to the officer that she had just given birth in her car and required medical assistance right away.
