Description
Re: Dracula takes the famous horror tale, breaks it up chronologically (every entry of this epistolary novel has a date), and sends the story directly to your podcatcher as it happens. Every time something happens to the characters, Re: Dracula will publish an episode, in as close to real time as it happens. Some entries will be brief, and others will be long and intense.

The Land Whale Murders is an Alternate History Satire about Birders, Murders, and Confectionery Capers. The show is inspired by real events and people but with the silliness and absurdity cranked up to eleven, making for a surreal and amusing audio experience. I love how funny and weird The Land Whale Murders is. You have no idea where it's going to go or who's going to show up, and it makes for a really enjoyable listen. You can find and listen to The Land Whale Murders at www.landwhalepod.com or anywhere you listen to podcasts! Keep listening to hear the first episode of season two, which starts a new arc of the show.

Transcript of the intro:
Hi, I'm Tal Minear, executive producer of Re: Dracula. I'm here today to tell you about another audio drama I think you'd like. It's called Someone Dies In This Elevator, and it's a spoiler-driven anthology podcast where there is always an elevator and someone always dies in it - but everything else is different. I'm the showrunner and one of the sound designers for the show, so if you like the audio production of Re: Dracula, I think you'll like it in Someone Dies In This Elevator too. You'll also catch some of our voice actors in a few of the episodes, including Beth Eyre, Giancarlo Herrera, and Felix Trench. Because it's an anthology show, you can drop in on any episode in any order. My personal favorite episode is South of Palenque, where we hear Felix Trench as a professor investigating a Mayan tomb. What could go wrong? Stay tuned to find out.

Hi, I'm Tal Minear, executive producer of Re: Dracula. I'm here today to tell you about another audio drama I think you'd like. It's called The Night Post, and it's a weekly supernatural fiction podcast created by an all-queer team! In Gilt City, conscripted couriers are both respected and shunned. They inhabit the borderlands between a growing industrial society and the untamed, arcane frontier that surrounds it. What begins as Milo’s search for his missing husband becomes the couriers’ journey to save themselves and uncover the secrets of the organization that chose them. I adore the concept of a conscription mail service, and the mysteries set up in the first episode are incredibly juicy as well. Keep listening for a standalone episode of the show.

Hi, I'm Tal Minear, executive producer of Re: Dracula. I'm here today to tell you about another audio drama I think you'd like. It's called Two Flat Earthers Kidnap a Freemason, and it's a satirical dark comedy about Secret Societies and Internet Conspiracy Culture. This show feels like someone poured the internet into a bottle and shook it all up. It’s strange, unexpected, clever, and hilarious. If you liked Welcome to Night Vale but wished it was 50% funnier and 100% weirder, that’s Two Flat Earthers Kidnap a Freemason. This show defies both description and comparison. Stephen and I both contributed to this production, which makes me even fonder of it. Keep listening for the first episode of the show, titled Shadowbanned.

Transcript of the intro:
That was the trailer for Shelterwood and I'm Tal Minear, executive producer of Re: Dracula, here to tell you more about it. Do you know that feeling of returning to your childhood neighborhood after a long time away, where everything looks the same but feels different? Or sitting in a brightly lit room but knowing, deep down, that something is very wrong? Perhaps the experience of listening to a cheery voice saying very things? That's the feeling of Shelterwood, a suburban gothic docu-horror audio drama. This show is produced by our very own Stephen Indrisano, and will feature (among others) Karim Kronfli and Alasdair Stuart. I've gotten the chance to look at the scripts for Shelterwood and I want you to know I am FERAL about this show. It's going to be so good, but it's only going to be made if they hit their crowfunding goal. So do me a favor and check them out at bit.ly/shelterwoodpod (the link will be in the description), and keep listening for a little taste of what's to come.

[Guitar plays under these clips]
MINA: 6 November - It was late in the afternoon when the professor and I took our way towards the east whence I knew Jonathan was coming.
SEWARD: 11 October, evening - Jonathan Harker has asked me to note this… as he says he is hardly equal to the task, and he wants an exact record kept. I think none of us were surprised when we were asked to see Mrs. Harker a little before the time of sunset. We have of late come to understand that sunrise and sunset…
VAN HELSING: 25 September, 6 o’clock - Dear Madam Mina, … I have read your husband’s so wonderful diary. You may sleep without doubt. Strange and terrible as it is, it is true! I will pledge my life on it...
LUCY: 24 August - I must imitate Mina and keep writing things down. … Then we can have long talks when we do meet. I wonder when it will be. I wish she were here with me again...
QUINCEY: 25 May - My dear Art, we’ve told yarns by the camp-fire in the prairies; and dressed one another’s wounds...
JOHNATHAN HARKER: 3 May. Bistritz - I had for dinner, or rather supper, a chicken done up some way with red pepper. (Mem.: get recipe for Mina). I asked the waiter and he said it was called ‘paprika hendl’.
[Bite, by Newton Schottelkotte, plays]

We want to thank the folks who donated their work to the TTRPG bundle we used in crowdfunding! You can find all games on itch:
This Game Takes Place in Dracula's Castle by Jack Blair ($5). In this game, one of you is Dracula, the other is Jonathan Harker. You'll draw cards and answer prompts about moments where courtesy fails you in a precarious situation. Tension will build as you pull blocks from a tower. Will you get out without giving in to the monster?
Love/Hate Relationship: A 2 Player Dracula Based Letter Writing RPG by Tal Minear ($5). This game imagines what it would be like if Jonathan Harker and R. M. Renfield had a correspondence during the events of Dracula. One player writes as Jonathan, and the other writes as Renfield. Step into their shoes, build a story, and explore a lighter or darker ending to Dracula.
Four Sherlock Holmes and a Vampire (Who Is Also One of the Aforementioned Sherlock Holmes) by Andrew J. Young ($2). In this game, four players play four Sherlock Holmes who team up to solve mysteries and one-up each other. Secretly, one or more Sherlock Holmes may be vampires. Can the four Sherlock Holmes find out who among them could be a creature of the night?
I Want Your Bite by Rue Dickey ($10). In this game, a mysterious bachelor has recently purchased the manor house overlooking the town. They're in the process of starting a new life, and rumour has it they're looking for a partner. Compete against your fellow players for the chance at immortal love - a place by the Vampire's side.

I love this podcast! So good!!!
This Year, Our Friend Jonathan Has a Podcast! "Regarding Dracula" follows the congenious idea of "Dracula Daily", meaning it presents every entry o Bram Stoker's epistolary novel on the day it is written according to the novel, this way spanning a time from May to November. This really gives you a feeling of how time passes between the journal entries and letters. Haven't heard anything of Jonathen for a while? One does start to worry a bit. Lucy answering to Mina just two days after the Mina's letter? Wow, that was quick! Even if one has read "Dracula" again and again, I am sure this form of presentation can grant new insights! And even if just heard as some fancy audiobook, this podcast does nothing but excel. First of all, it really, really profits from Karim Kronfli's nonchalant but still breathtakingly powerful and confident take on the Count. And all the other voice actors no less go far out of their way to make one fall in love with each and every one of them: Ben Galpin's Jona
Dracula: Shows many signs of being an inhuman monster Jonathan: How annoying, how will I shave?!
