worst episode ever. zero relevant content. this episode is like hearing Adam and Geragos speaking over dinner with no show prep. the sound was mixed fairly well, though

Hated how Mark kept saying "escalated because of an air freshener" ..... no it escalated because instead of calmly interacting with police officers and fighting changes later, the guy getting pulled over for EXPIRED TAGS decided it was worth fighting with cops and trying to drive off. Obviously cop pulled gun on accident, especially considering her fellow officer was near her line of fire. Just bad all around.

Wow I listened to 1 episode of this podcast because the name led me to believe it was a legal theory podcast discussing the facts of a case & examining the real-world implications. Instead, it’s 2 man children yelling partial facts & blatant falsehoods in an under-budget Alex Jones voice. They often mention “studies” they can’t remember the details of. Sometimes the host that brings it up says the other host will “post it,” but he doesn’t. They’re assuming their audience won’t care. They’re wrong, they’re confident & they’re loud about it. If that’s what you’re looking for, dive in.

In a stroke of Evil Genious I think Cuomo supported more aggressive Sexual Harrassment Law reform so he could then say "Hey, would I be doing these horrible things while ensuring that women could more easily press charges for such acts? Come on! That fact alone suggests I wasn't sexually harassing anyone."

geragos can go f himself...... first he talks about about President Trump could stage a coup and believes all the crap media, but then next segment says the laptop repair guy for hunter biden is bunk evidence because they turned it over to giulliani. his point is retarded because the lamestream media is now focused on hunter biden, but willfully chose to ignore it before the election. biased law sucks period.

This doesn't deserve 12 minutes of commentary...fucking moronic. Hmmm wonder how much dirt this ally must have? He pleaded guilty twice. This orange disgrace continues to wipe his ass with the presidency. Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Your guest's premise on the whole impeachment thing is that it is legit from the start, it is not. Pelosi doesn't want to send the sham articles to the Senate because she loses control of the "impeachment" because then Congress is out. They will have no say in anything.
