I want to start by giving a trigger warning. In today's episode we are going to talk about one of my favorite topics ever - the 4 quadrants. I learned about the 4 quadrants in the book The 5 AM Club and it completely changed my world. The 4 quadrants consist of your heartset, soulset, mindset and healthset. I am going to explain the 4 quadrants, break down what falls into each category and tell y’all the story of the day I learned about them and how it has changed my world. I will also teach you step-by-step how to identify each area in your own life + help you choose how you are going to optimize and grow in each quadrant.
In today's episode we are going to discuss feeling and fearing judgment from others as well as talking about the habit of judging others. We are going to really deep dive into how both impact our thoughts, actions and negatively impact our lives.
