It's a modern encounter story of a man who claims to have picked up and given a ride to one of the area’s most infamous spirits. Lynze's first story brings to life everyone's fear of something chasing you up the stairs from the basement. A home with just about the scariest title you could have. The brownstone that sits at 14 West 10th Street is known to some as The House of Death. Supposedly a LOT of people have died there over the years, and now it’s one of the most haunted homes in America. Then it's the tale of Jackson County, Florida’s Bellamy Bridge. Has the ghost of a young bride been haunting this bridge since the mid-19th century? Lynze also takes us to Florida for a haunted hotel room with an especially strong and scary entity. Then, a sweet story? It's hard to say if a young woman's mom is reaching beyond the grave to guide and protect her daughter. For that first story, we had to Canada, to the beautiful and reportedly very haunted Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, located in the incredibly scenic Banff National Park, in Alberta, Canada. And then, we are off to York, England’s historic Treasurer’s House. Numerous spirits - including a lot of Roman Soldier apparitions - have been allegedly encountered in the historic residence built next the famous York Minster Gothic Cathedral. Lynze has a really big tale up top, about a family and their life long attachment with something evil and dark. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHILE LISTENING. Dan's first story is set in Portland, Oregon, centered around Portland’s underground “shanghai tunnels.” There are miles of tunnels underneath Portland that connect it to the Willamette River - once used to transport goods in and out of the city and to ocean going ships. These tunnels also, SUPPOSEDLY, were used for human trafficking. Sailors getting “Shanghai’d” - kidnapped and forced to work at sea. Women getting forced into prostitution and shipped around the world. Some think this stuff never actually happened in Portland, others think it was frequent. Let's see what is out there. Then for Dan's second tale, the Cherokee legend of The Raven Mocker - a strange, evil spirit and the most feared of the Cherokee witches.  Lynze has two stories for you this week! First off, a tale that is sad but also heartwarming. A mother may have made a call from the great beyond to save the life of her child.
