Description

Five longtime friends and Chicago improvisers combine the best parts of two disparate worlds: sitcoms and Dungeons & Dragons.

Follow a halfling bard, a half-orc warrior, a druid bar owner, and an elven princess as they struggle to keep the lights on at their tavern and inn, Bottoms Up. Unlike most D&D podcasts, each episode is self-contained, so drop in wherever just like your favorite sitcoms!

Starring Erin Keif, Waleed Mansour, Elizabeth Andrews, Sean Coyle, and Ben Briggs.

Elizabeth’s out-of-character remarks during this episode are top notch. “That’s like me when I take a nap.” “Looks like he’s buying it; he’s getting his money out.” 🤣

Coral must pick Purple Peripetals to save her father. At the midland marsh she meets Pepper (hedgehog, really should've been porcupine) who loves picnics. The prince pilfers the plants and places curses on all. The end. JV was a fantastic guest BTW. The show is at its best when it strays from the usual bar routine.

Wish Adal was a regular. Really completes the show and gives it something it's missing. Also, not enough rolling dice...

This is so fun! I can't wait for the season. I had a little trouble understanding with the laugh track though - every time it happened while someone was talking, I couldn't hear what they said and had to rewind. Other than that, so cute
