why pronounce her last name as ButIna, she is BUtina, stress is on "u"
Lol so much fake news about the "attack" on the capital in this episode 😂
I feel like what doesn't get second thought here as far as the surprise in Maria's post jail career, is what choices did she have? She does have to make money somehow. She may be seeking success and fame and fortune but she may also be taking limited choices around her.
I don't agree with the answer she gave to "did the series answer whether or not she was a spy"
Deep state, power struggle, conspiracy theories all without a single piece of evidence. All of which is based on the opinions of some questionable individuals. This Maria character made so many contradictory statement , and Patrick Byrne doesn't sound philosophical or intellectual to me at all!! Save yourself the time there is really nothing here to see, no investigative journalism, no facts, no evidence... uttet garbage if you ask me!

excellent thank you
My ex was like that used-car salesman, 'Simon' who claimed to be a spy in the movie, True Lies. Captain fuckin' obvious. So yeah, Spy Affair a must see podcast. 🙈
I can’t believe you all think this woman is intelligent But if she was would she want to actually be around a wanker like Patrick seriously he sounds like a douce
Pratrick sounds like Trumps alter ego I think 🤔 everything he is saying is absolute bullshit He to busy incorporating his so call intelligence He doesn’t sound very wise to me at all just another drop kick 🦵
I love the podcast but there are so many adverts!!
seemed like all these guys dreamed of being james bond sleeping with russian spies. the whole podcast is a waste of time without any real proveable facts wirh the FBI . I had more gathering of proof of my old dental office messing up a $500 insurance claim than the overstock guy has of calls with the fBI. pass on this.
I enjoyed this podcast and would have immensely enjoyed her playing men for idiots if it wasn't to empower the corrupt.
You know when you're reading a book or an article and certain words are italicized for emphasis and are typically read with a voice inflection. The podcast host sounds like she is reading a script that's completely italicized , I don't know if you ever have known anybody who would read in class and would emphasize almost every single word in every single sentence thinking that is how good reading is, but it's a pet peeve of mine.... I don't know if that's the way the podcast industry have decided narration should be to keep a listener engaged or what. but it just sounds like one long excited announcement rather than a story. eh, I tried.
Is she saying "becourse" on purpose? Some kind of a mind game? Or does this 'brilliant' woman not know how to pronounce 'because'? Her English is pretty good otherwise. Annoying.
Very nice article! I'm Preeti, I write for educational blogs. I make a collection of wonderful educational blogs from where I could take inspiration for writing. This article really inspires me though it is a little different from my domain but nonetheless it is a good writing. I sometime write for a education site blogs www.clearexam.ac.in Let me know your thoughts if I could contribute to your blog too.
I'm amazed that these men actually thought Maria was into them. Musty dusty Patrick Byrne and Paul Erickson aren't smart, charming, handsome or rich - they are the epitome of disappointed, disillusioned middle-aged men battling receding hairlines, saggy balls and hypertension. Their only positive attribute was their connections to other Republican operatives. So dumb. Thank you Maria, I thoroughly enjoyed laughing at the expense of these two idiots. Cheers!
