I don't see why it either "has to be" a freakish accident or it "has to be" that the mother and brothers killed him and planted his body in some elaborateplot. people who cannot imagine any other scenario, especially if they are investigators, should listen to more true cri.e. especially the "baby cases". rare as they are, stranger abductions do happen. the james Bulger case, and casefile has recently done April Tinsley's case.

for how important and aerious this situation is, it is so unfortunate that Mr. Jones is being represented by such an obnoxious attorney. It is unhelpful and alienating. he is aggressive, accusatory, adversarial, inappropriate and plain stupid. he asks stupid questions. he behaves like the most repulsive defense attorney. he is playing the wrong role here. he should be intelligent, tactful, and investigatory.

I was all excited to hear about the American detective, but we have to wait! So frustrating I've gotta say! Interesting to hear from the retired detective and how the case has been oddly handled from within. Intriguing indeed!
