Christian Combs, the 26-year-old son of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, was recently served with legal papers in connection to a lawsuit filed against him by Grace O'Marcaigh, who alleges assault, battery, sexual assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The legal paperwork was reportedly delivered to Diddy's Miami mansion, where Christian was staying. According to court documents obtained by In Touch, the stewardess claims the assault occurred during a yacht trip in July 2022, which she alleges was organized by Diddy and sold as a "wholesome family outing." However, she contends that the trip devolved into chaos, with illegal drug use and sex work. "It resulted in an unexpected increase in workload for her and her colleagues as well as unwanted exposure to unlawful drug use, sex work, and general chaos," she said in her lawsuit. O'Marcaigh, who worked on the yacht, explains that Christian became "inappropriately interested" in her during the trip, pressuring her to drink with him and later assaulting her in a private room. According to the lawsuit, Christian "violently grabbed [her] arm" and prevented her from leaving the room. "I was scared and realized I was in a very dangerous situation," the woman claimed in her court filing. "I quickly suspected that the tequila was spiked." She said Christian continued to demand more shots and physically cornered her. The situation escalated further when he allegedly groped her and attempted to force her into sexual acts. The assault stopped only when another employee entered the room, allowing her to escape. O'Marcaigh reported the incident to her Captain the following day but claims that he lacked compassion and failed to investigate. "He insisted that I was probably voluntarily partying with the guests," she stated. She added that she was forced to continue serving Christian throughout the trip. As a result of the alleged assault, O'Marcaigh claims to have suffered severe emotional and physical distress. Her lawsuit states that the incident led to the breakdown of her relationship with her longtime partner, as well as a decline in her mental health, which required medication and therapy. In addition to the emotional toll, the incident is said to have ended her career in the yachting industry. The lawsuit claims her partner was deeply affected by the visible bruises on her body, and their relationship ultimately ended. "I lost my job, my partner, and my career," O'Marcaigh said. Diddy's attorney, Aaron Dyer, has dismissed the claims as meritless. "This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn," Dyer said, referring to O'Marcaigh's lawyer. "We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim." Meanwhile, the Combs family remains embroiled in legal challenges. Sean "Diddy" Combs is currently facing sex trafficking and racketeering charges. Despite being denied bond multiple times, Diddy maintains his innocence and is preparing for a trial set for May 2025. His children have shown support for him publicly, posting on social media to stand by their father amid the ongoing legal battles. "This is just another case in a string of legal battles surrounding the Combs family," Dyer added. "We are confident that the truth will prevail." O'Marcaigh’s lawsuit continues as she seeks justice for the alleged assault that has had lasting effects on her career and personal life. The case is ongoing, and both parties are preparing for further legal proceedings. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? An alleged sex tape featuring Sean "Diddy" Combs and a male A-list celebrity has reportedly resurfaced, creating a wave of outrage and emotional distress for those involved. Multiple sources have confirmed that the tape, which allegedly shows Combs and a younger male engaging in sexual acts, is being circulated among media outlets, though no one has purchased the footage due to legal concerns. According to insiders close to the unnamed celebrity, he is devastated by the re-emergence of the video. “It’s triggering,” said a source familiar with the situation. “It feels like a betrayal and a violation, and it’s causing a lot of issues. It brings up some really disturbing and bad memories.” The celebrity, who believes he was victimized years ago, now feels as though he is being victimized all over again with the potential release of this footage. “It’s a total nightmare,” another insider said. “If this footage gets out, it will follow him for life. It will be on the internet forever.” The controversy is compounded by ongoing legal battles involving Diddy, who is already facing a series of lawsuits. In addition to the alleged sex tape, Diddy is entangled in more than 100 lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse and exploitation, with some cases involving minors. Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents many of the alleged victims, commented, “When we talk about the ages of these victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking.” Law enforcement officials have been investigating Diddy’s Miami mansion, which they suspect was used to record sex parties, with some rooms allegedly rigged for remote viewing and filming without participants' knowledge. Homeland Security agents believe that several incriminating videos were recorded at Diddy's properties, and they are actively investigating the situation. The media’s hesitance to purchase the tape stems from concerns about the legality of the footage, especially regarding the age of the A-list celebrity at the time. It remains unclear whether the footage was taken with the celebrity's knowledge, further complicating the situation. One officer involved in the raid on Diddy’s Miami home stated, “There are recognizable names, but I won’t confirm any of their identities. But it’s more than just that one [celebrity].” The potential for this footage to create long-lasting damage to those involved, both legally and emotionally, remains a significant concern. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, who represents several of Diddy’s accusers, confirmed that she has seen still images from the alleged tape. “I can verify that it exists. That it’s real, and that the other person in the video is very visible,” she said. However, Diddy’s team strongly denied these allegations, calling the claims a ploy for “publicity and attention.” As the legal situation continues to unfold, the A-list celebrity, who is reportedly praying that the situation goes away, has been left grappling with feelings of helplessness. “There’s not much he can do about it if there was a video taken without his knowledge that somehow gets out,” said a source close to him. “So all he can do is pray.” While Diddy’s attorneys deny any knowledge of the alleged tape, the lawsuits and investigations into his past actions have brought a flood of troubling revelations into the public eye. The accusations against him span more than 30 years, and the sheer volume of claims—120 accusers in total—has intensified public scrutiny. As the allegations continue to make headlines, Diddy’s legal team remains firm in their stance, denying any wrongdoing. However, with a growing number of lawsuits and mounting evidence, the controversy surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs is far from over. Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Sean "Diddy" Combs has filed a request through his attorney to appear unshackled during court proceedings. The motion, submitted late on Monday, Nov. 18, argues that shackling the music mogul creates risks of juror bias and hampers his ability to communicate with his defense team. “We write on behalf of our client, Mr. Sean Combs, to respectfully request that the Court direct the United States Marshals Service to unshackle Mr. Combs prior to bringing him into the courtroom for tomorrow's hearing and for all future court appearances,” his attorney, Marc Agnifilo, wrote in court documents obtained by PEOPLE. This request follows Combs’ Oct. 10 court appearance, during which he remained in leg shackles. Agnifilo stated there was “no justification” for such treatment and highlighted concerns that media coverage of his shackling could influence potential jurors. “Given the press attention on the pretrial proceedings in this case, there is a substantial risk that potential jurors will learn about the shackling through the media and develop such a bias,” Agnifilo argued. The motion also claims that shackling interferes with Combs’ ability to effectively communicate with his legal counsel, undermining the respectful treatment of defendants. ### Allegations of Jail Violations The motion comes amidst allegations from prosecutors that Combs violated jail rules. According to documents filed on Friday, Nov. 15, Combs used a "non-authorized third-party messaging service" to communicate with multiple people while incarcerated in Brooklyn. Prosecutors further allege that he enlisted his children to launch a social media campaign tied to his birthday, potentially influencing jurors. This follows Combs’ unsuccessful bail motion earlier this month. His attorneys proposed a $50 million bail package, arguing that newly surfaced evidence supports his release. The prosecution, however, pointed to Combs’ history of alleged “freak offs” and referenced a March 2016 video, described in the indictment as evidence of assault. Combs’ defense pushed back, claiming the video showed a consensual relationship, not coercion. “The video is not evidence of a coerced 'freak off,' but rather a minutes-long glimpse into a complex but decade-long consensual relationship between Mr. Combs and Victim 1,” his lawyers stated in the motion. ### Trial Scheduled for May 2025 Facing racketeering and sex trafficking charges, Combs has pleaded not guilty to all allegations. His trial is currently set for May 2025. Meanwhile, the motion to appear unshackled remains a focal point of his defense strategy as the high-profile case continues to draw significant public and media attention. #Diddy #SeanCombs #LegalBattle #CourtAppearance #RacketeeringCase #JurorBias #MediaCoverage  Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? The legal troubles surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs have escalated as five new lawsuits accuse the music mogul of drugging and sexually assaulting both men and women over a two-decade span. The allegations, which range from 2001 to 2022, detail disturbing incidents at parties and events in New York City, Miami, and the Hamptons.   Filing anonymously under the names "Jane Doe" and "John Doe," the plaintiffs allege patterns of misconduct involving drugs, coercion, and threats to ensure silence. Two of the female plaintiffs claim they were minors at the time of the alleged assaults, while three male accusers describe being drugged and sodomized by Combs and his associates.   One of the most notable accusations centers on Combs' 2004 White Party in the Hamptons, where a seventeen-year-old Jane Doe claims she was forced to surrender her cell phone and purse before entering the event. According to the lawsuit, after consuming a drink provided at the party, she lost consciousness and woke up to find she had been sexually assaulted. She alleges that Combs and his bodyguards warned her to stay silent, stating, "He runs New York and would ruin her."   Another lawsuit details a 2001 casting call for a music video in New York City, where John Doe claims he was offered a Diet Coke that was laced with drugs. He recounts losing consciousness and waking up disoriented, realizing he had been assaulted by both Combs and his bodyguard.   Attorney Tony Buzbee, representing the plaintiffs, has publicly committed to holding Combs accountable. “These individuals were victimized by someone who used power and privilege as a shield. We will not stop seeking justice for these survivors,” he said. Buzbee and his co-counsel, Andrew Van Arsdale, have already filed twenty lawsuits against Combs, representing over one hundred plaintiffs, and have announced plans to continue filing weekly.   In response, Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied the allegations, labeling them as baseless and motivated by financial gain. “As his legal team has said before, Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process,” read a statement provided to CNN. “In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”   The allegations have also sparked legal pushback against Buzbee. An anonymous celebrity, reportedly implicated in the lawsuits, has filed a counterclaim accusing Buzbee of extortion. The celebrity alleges that Buzbee used “false and malicious” claims to pressure settlements, a charge Buzbee denies.   Currently, Sean Combs remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, awaiting trial on separate charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution. Prosecutors have indicated the possibility of additional charges or defendants being added before the trial commences.   As more allegations emerge, the entertainment industry faces renewed scrutiny over its handling of power dynamics and misconduct. For Combs, the lawsuits threaten not just his legal standing but also the legacy of a career that has shaped modern music and culture.   #SeanCombs #Diddy #Lawsuits #SexualAssault #TonyBuzbee #EntertainmentNews #LegalUpdates   Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE? Now *THIS* was a great episode! I feel like I've waited awhile for this podcast to rise above their mispronunciations and say something worthwhile and significant. This was it.

I just can't anymore. ARE YOU SERIOUS?????!!! How do you NOT know how to pronounce RICO?! It literally doesn't get any easier, it's the most common charge for sex traffickers. Just freaking sound it out, as if you actually speak a Latin-based language (such as English). Hint: it's NOT "RY-ko".

1:41 Annals of history is pronounced "Ah-nahlz", not "Ay-nahlz". 🤦🏼‍♀️ Boy, I thought you guys just needed help pronouncing hip hop names (Suge = Shoog not Sooj; Keefe D = Kee-fee Dee, not Keef Dee), but it seems you need help with English overall.

F*CK!! Can't someone tell the female host to learn the names of the most famous people in this genre?! AGAIN, she's STILL pronouncing Suge Knight as "Sooj" at 4:29. IT'S "SHOOG". 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ I'm actually second hand embarrassed for this horrible host.

2:45 - Suge is pronounced "Shoog," NOT "Shooj"!!! Jesus, to whomever owns this podcast: where do you get these people?! Get a host who actually knows about hip hop! So inauthentic.

Sweet Jesus, these phonies again?! Seriously, get rid of these hosts; I have second-hand embarrassment for them trying to sound knowledgeable & using/mispronouncing totally cringy urban slang. Please hire some Bipoc hosts who are not completely ignorant about hip hop, & can actually ad lib/riff off each other instead of reading a script. At the very least, they should read the script in advance, & learn proper pronunciation of hip hop names & rhetoric before air time.

Finally! Hosts that actually sound relatively normal and naturally conversational! I hope those prior hosts never return to media unless it's to read copy for radio ad spots. They sound like they both belonged in a sorority/fraternity, likely get tipsy playing beer pong, loudly sing karaoke, or blast Taylor Swift from their Toyota Priuses. Thank you for putting the (ridiculous amount of) ads at the beginning and end instead of the middle, so they're easy to skip.

Absolute WORST choice in hosts for this podcast. These people are lily white & the script this girl is reading with its occasional urban slang makes her sound completely pseudo. They know nil about this genre. They sound like they should be hosting a pod about Nickelback, tennis, Pottery Barn, cornhole, self-help books or baking. At 5:37 it's clear they're idiots when she says "Al B" and he says "Sure", on their scripts. Dumbasses: the man's name is 'Al B. Sure!' Every time his name comes up.

These clowns. Couldn't whoever's idea this podcast is have hired people who actually know about hip hop? I mean, "Sooj" Knight?!!!! (3:21). It's pronounced "Shoog". C'mon! He's only one of the biggest names in gangsta rap. It's SO easy to tell that these hosts are reading a script. There's no off-the-cuff banter, interesting tidbits... just vague sweeping generalizations & urban slang so foreign to these hosts. The guy sounds somewhat conversational; girl is just a straight up horrendous choice.
