I have spent decades helping patients heal through diet, exercise, and natural remedies, but there is one injury that supplements can't fix: emotional trauma. "Should I be on HRT?" is the number one question I'm asked today, especially since the FDA removed the cancer warning from many hormone products in late 2025. Great podcast. I follow 5 of the 6 and I'm trying to wrap my head around the bacon and sausage casuing inflammation. I understand the traditional bacon and sausage.But what about clean no nitrate no antibiotics products. Does the type of meat matter like chicken sausage or all beef hotdog that are minimal processed. Do they cause inflammation as well?
