Art of doing nothing was the most useless episode so far. Bunch of privileged people bragging that they afford to do nothing! In an economy where people have trouble landing on a stable job, the guest talks about disposable income😂 to pay for cleaning services. I don't want to say it like that but that is just disgusting. As with all episodes some great useful tips but the section on loneliness versus being alone was really f problematic. The co presenter used these terms as synonymous. They're not. Having time alone can be a really important part of the balance to maintain good mental health. Loneliness aka not having any or enough social connections especially someone you can reach out to in a time of difficulty is not. The episode conflated these 2 states as one.
