Urban warfare expert, John Spencer (@SpencerGuard on X), demystifies the Israel Gaza War. He's been on the ground both in Israel and in Gaza since the war began (and many times before), and has seen first-hand what both sides are doing and how they're trying to accomplish their goals.
In this conversation, John breaks down the myths and facts of the Israel Gaza war so you know the truth about what's going on.
John discusses:
- Israel's use of 2,000 pound bombs
- Hamas's use of human shields
- The total loss of life on both sides and Israel's response (is it proportionate?)
- The extent of Hamas's tunnel system (you won't believe this)
- Israel's state-of-the-art facial recognition system to identify enemy combatants
- And much, much more.
I hope you enjoy this episode,
And if you do, please leave a 5-star review because I know many will get angry at me for posting this and give me 1-star reviews lol.

Thank you so much! I appreciate and agree with your insights!
This was one of the best podcasts that I have ever listened to about training. I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey and I learned a huge amount of knowledge about strength training. I never knew so much knowledge went into creating a program. What is your best advice for a women starting out with strength training?
thanks for this,I'm in uk. would be great if there was a printout of the different exercises and number of sets and reps. This has been really help and informative.
loved this episode. I think the 123 concept and the consistency while writing in the memory on the inconsistent day is very helpful.
So refreshing to come across real honest truths about topics regarding food and fitness. This podcast reminds me that small steps are big wins and that we are all human. so....when life happens it's ok to have happiness and enjoyment over food and drinks. love the x's and o's consistency strategy.... especially since I'm an all or nothing kinda gal!! Many thanks!
😂😂 my 7 year old did the same thing, except she called me a constipated zebra!! i so related to you and the divorce.
Two of the most respected people in the fitness industry talking a lot of sense. It's a great listen.
I me lol my l k I'm o,o
I gave up alcohol in 2018 for the year and it was crazy how some friends reacted. they really took it personally even though it didnt impact them and I still went for regular nights out. I am back to drinking but I never go over a certain amount and I dont understand how people who get hungover would want to feel like that regularly 🤷🏻♀️ its pointless calories and a huge waste of money
I agree with your take on optimism. I read Viktor Frankyls book years ago and he said the greatest freedom we have is to choose our attitude in any situation
Kelley, we're we switched at birth? everything you've said/thought is exactly the way I feel too. PS, been on a 'diet' since 6 months old, over 40 years (the title of this episode made me turn it on immediately)
this remarkable woman needs to be a life coach. Her words were so powerful and deeply felt.
I'm in surgical menopause. I had. TAHBSO dec 1 2017. I'm 35. hot flashes, weight gain, INSOMNIA is real. i used to get 8hrs of sleep before surgery now i get maybe 5. i have a labor job and man it's horrible. surgical menopause is a beast. cut out the hormones cold turkey!
this will be so invaluable for anyone wishing to change their lifestyle....not a quick fix and trust the process
This guy is a legend!!!! Absolutely love these mini podcasts! I'm a personal trainer and had my own battles with self doubts, confidence, ... but never experienced lots of other emotional issues my clients have and these podcasts have helped me so much already! I'm obsessed!
absolutely love this pod. found it maybe 2 weeks ago and almost done with all of them. an absolute plethora of knowledge!
Ive followed Jordan on Instagram for about a year now and just started listening to podcasts so of course I subscribed right away! This man is awesome! Everytime he speaks about fitness I find myself nodding my head in agreement. He lays things out perfectly and is totally real about it. He says things in a way my brain and heart understand and I'm so here for it! Thank you Jordan for being you! Beep boop ⚡
Great stuff! Very helpful discussion about breaking things down to a few big "rocks" that you can focus on and do consistently, because consistency is number one.
Another fantastic discussion with Jordan Syatt! His ability to put people at ease helps them share their real life experiences and examples.
