Wow. I'm completely stunned. Matt's critique of music, and Beyonce's song in particular has blown me away. I'm not sure why exactly. He's completely right tho. The idea of a song from her with just a little bit of honesty and vulnerability would be an absolute chart killer. There's no doubt about it. Wow man.
If you were looking to destroy this country and the economy, and that was ur sole goal, I don't know that you'd go about it much different than the dems plans, attitudes, and policies. Turn the country against each other, weaken yourself in the eyes of foreign powers, devalue the dollar, and restrict companies to the point of poverty. What in the hell are they thinking out there?

My only half-hearted argument against the death penalty (and I don't argue against the death penalty) is the worry that "innocent" people might be put to death for a crime they didn't commit. In cases like this monstrous woman who left her child, there is no doubt, at all, that she did what she is convicted of. I hope every day for the rest of her life in prison, she wakes up and is overtaken by grief and sadness for what she's done. She won't. She can't feel those feelings for someone else.

Re: How would life in America be different without entanglements in foreign conflicts? 1. Fewer dead Americans, disabled veterans, and homeless veterans with PTSD. 2. Less hatred toward Americans from overseas, such as the hatred directed toward us by Al Qaeda, so less terrorism on American soil. 3. More ability to spend our peace dividend on domestic law enforcement, border protection. We might be more like Switzerland: more peaceful, safer, more harmonious, more prosperous.

we 100% did not go to the moon. look at the video of Buzz Aldrin, where he admits that the reason we never went back is because we never actually went. also, why would they record over the moon landing? also, the director of the moon landing footage has come out and talked about making the moon landing footage. he has explained it as something they did so that they could show people something because they couldn't actually film when they were there

I usually agree with Matt on most of what he talks about, and I do agree that Jo Koy's award show appearance wasn't on. But I know for a fact he is funny. I've heard him on the Adam Carolla Show for years now and he always kills it. This "setup, punchline" kind of delivery isn't what he usually does. He stepped out of his comfort zone, I believe, to do this. He's had a meteoric rise the last few years and it's because he's hilarious and he's a good, sweet guy. This doesn't represent his talent.
