when you talk about 8 hours sleep what about those of us who constantly wake up around 3am and can't get back to sleep for at least an hour lol? Almost every menopausal woman I know has the same issue. Also, getting light in the am, what do you do in the winter when it's dark when u wake up for work?

Thanks for this wonder if episode but I have one recommendation for the guest. Saying tons of yes and right in while someone else is talking is awful. I feel a headache because I killed my self to keep concentration while I'll was talking and you with saying yes and right kept interrupting her. I'm so sad that I have to stop listening to this episode due to this issue.
