Ask Nick - Every Monday, listeners navigating a challenging yet relatable interpersonal circumstance--from a 2 year situationship to a blowout fight with their mom to a friendship feud to reigniting intimacy after 10 years of marriage--call in for Nick's signature blunt yet compassionate advice. It's ripe with the type of hard truths your friends are too afraid to say, but you're better off for hearing.
Bachelor Recap - We break down this week's episode of the Bachelor, Bachelorette, or Bachelor in Paradise on Tuesdays. This color commentary is full of hot takes, debates, jokes, and the insider knowledge only a former Bachelor can provide. Nick, Ali and Amanda are joined by special celebrity guests--you'd be surprised how many of your favorite actors and comedians are closet bachelor fans.
Freestyle - On Tuesday during the Bachelor "off-season," we dive into the hot-button, zeitgeist topics--the latest celebrity drama, trending reality tv shows, new love song/music video that everyone's obsessed with, and occasionally a months-long highly publicized defamation trial between divorced A-list actors. Our lively discussions include takeaways we can all relate to.
We also have "Texting Office Hours," a segment where we help a caller craft, edit, and press the send button on a nerve-wracking message.
Going Deeper - Every Thursday, a special guest joins the show for a tell-all interview and to discuss their latest project, their philosophies on love and relationships, plus the most relevant pop culture topics. These episodes conclude with our beloved "Texting Office Hours " segment where Nick, the guest, and our co-hosts team up to give advice to a listener on a message they need help writing.
The Update Show - The last Friday of the month, by popular demand (and we mean POPULAR) cliffhangers are resolved and burning questions are answered with updates from our most engaging callers. These much-anticipated follow-ups reveal if the caller took Nick's advice and how everything transpired, providing much-needed resolution to the callers' stories that stole our hearts and attention.

POST THE YOUTUBE!!!
This is great if you like listening to an Airhead try to talk about love. But in all seriousness... If I had a choice between getting Covid and having to listen to this podcast everyday, I'd pick Covid everytime.
I'm glad Nick called out that that is not what love bombing means 🤣
NICK POST THIS ON YOUTUBE!
Girl with Cat guy: you should 100% break up with him.
This is the most annoying episode of Ask Nick I’ve ever heard. All of the callers were so dumb and dishonest with themselves. None of these are problems, just stop being dumb and in denial about what you want and are doing. Jeeeeezus.
When Nick said " being alone and not lonely " , we all need to learn that in our 20's, still working on that.
NICK! Thank you for this! This is the content the world needed this week. I haven’t gotten to the Dr.’s official analysis yet but I just really appreciate this idea. I’ve been very preoccupied with the Katie/Greg breakup and the great divide among Bach Nation over what we saw. As someone who was in an emotionally abusive relationship for almost 5 years where I was gaslighted (actual definition, not pop definition) frequently, I was surprisingly Team Greg in this exchange and untriggered. I felt incredible empathy for him in the moment. After listening to my other favorite Pods: Shandy and Chatty Broads, I started to doubt my instincts and was wondering how I could have missed an abuser in plain sight. Contrast this with the Love Is Blind After the Alter special which hit Netflix the same week and featured Damian gaslighting the LIVING SHIT out of Gigi, which I did feel very triggered by. Anyway, I felt the need for some true guidance and insight here by a professional. As someone who has been truly gaslit and abused I am sensitive to the words being thrown around and diluted. I can see why Katie feels the way she did, but I’m not sure it fits the bill entirely. (I agreed w your stance on your anal ep. Very grey. I will now continue to listen.
No nick... Just no no no
My daughter is a hoarder. It is crippling, and it is a mental health issue. He HAS to get therapy.
Nick, I am positively bursting with pride for you right now. You handled all of these calls so beautifully. It’s clear how much you’ve learned from therapy, how confident you are in your new relationship, and your advice has never been better! I wonder if they give out professional certificates for podcast therapy, because you are ready for yours let me tell you. In other news I dream the other night that you became the bachelor again and I went on your season and you sent me home first out of everybody and you and Chris Harrison both said that I was crazy. I’m not holding it against you.
love how Heather said Nemicolon, like semicolon hahaha
Sometimes I am so impressed with how insightful his advice to people is, but other times so disappointed with how condescending he can be toward people he is interviewing/chatting with, especially when it is someone significantly younger than him. It has made me cringe a few times. Also, I just have to say, it is so rude when Chrissy continuously giggles in the background of an interview.
sensing some chemistry lol
Eek. Nick irritated me in this. Didn’t let Steve talk and wasn’t open to any perspectives but his own.
This episode is Hilarious!
wow what a non apology where nick learns nothing from the criticism and continues to be condescending ....
sad episode that was hard to listen to....Well done to Reality Steve for being calm cool and collected even while being attacked.. you could tell who the influencer was and who the professional was.
