In line with military procurement, my husband was in the air force director on the technical side of the b2 bomber, a Major, after retiring and hired by Northrop Grumman, a few months later the air force said..nope can't do it because it was a conflict of interest. it was devastating financially as no other aerospace industries would touch him. BUT a couple of years later I read where the General head of Procurement was hired by Eagle Battery. any further explanation is mute.
