He has been incarcerated for 36 years following his conviction for the singular sexual assault that was still within the statute of limitations. He will now be released in time to enjoy Christmas & New Years as a free man in the city of Portland. This week's episode shares the stories of several young women and girls whose lives were profoundly impacted in irreparable ways by his crimes and of course attempts to answer the inevitable and burning question of how the hell did we get here?! Because, this is really happening.Today we shared a promo for Luke Lore!Pastebin has flagged some of the source material this week for containing sensitive material. Gee, ya think? I have fond memories of decorating the tree, helping my mom with the lights or at least attempting to, hanging the stockings on the mantel, being with family, eating amazing food, and then on Christmas Day - seeing a bounty of presents under the tree with our home being filled with joy, love and laughter. But my question is; where did all the traditions of Christmas come from? Many will say that it is the birth of Christ that we are celebrating. Is that the case, or are our traditions far older than we realize? So, settle in with some hot cocoa, eggnog, or whatever you prefer, and listen to the true origins of some of our Christmas Traditions.~~~~~~~~~~~Indie Drop-InAll content legally licensed from the original creator.Thank you to Horrifying History for the great episode. And it is definitely the largest, with 472 stations. And throughout its history, the subway has offered service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week almost continuously. The exceptions are usually emergencies and disasters, such as 9/11.You want to take a guess as to how many people ride the subway, on an average weekday? Go ahead, think of a number. Okay, it’s 5.6 million people. Per day!The subway system can be a little scary sometimes, but most of the time it’s safe. It’s just a large crowd of individual people, each one needing to get from one location to another location. Many of them will have ear buds in, or be engrossed in a book or newspaper, mostly unaware of what’s going on around them. What you’re gonna hear today is my conversation with Danny. Back when this happened, he lived in New York City with his partner, Pete. In fact, they still live there.Danny was one of those people on the subway. Head down, in a hurry because he was running late, just wanted to get off the train and up to the street. But on this day, he happened to notice something on the floor near the stairs. It was a baby.~~~~~~~~~~~Indie Drop-InAll content legally licensed from the original creator. Did Sean take his own life or did someone take it? We don’t know - but I believe with all of the information we have, it is certainly worth taking a close look. For more information:https://www.facebook.com/whathappenedtoseanhttps://www.change.org/p/what-happened-to-sean?recruiter=1274306587&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=copylink&utm_campaign=share_petition&utm_term=us_web_gs_ret_sap_20220408_generic-rlsa_conversions-sap&fbclid=IwAR1umQN4MAL5ZPcTo-BhmpDz_zCy43X-tdQE2Llwy_8p8mlqzd6ly3nKFWgFollow me here:► Patreon - https://www.patreon.com/serialnapper► Twitter - https://twitter.com/serial_napper► Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/serialnappernik/► Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/SerialNapper/Sources:https://www.wtkr.com/news/what-happened-to-sean-12-year-old-boys-death-raises-questions?fbclid=IwAR1HgHfkNmsZarDCmiri5xvBs-6pEN4o-WfIOwBFrz8cdgYsvkTl4flCRz4https://www.thepilot.com/ob/sean-p-daugherty/article_3c3ae7ac-c172-11ec-8274-674d3b865866.htmlhttps://www.facebook.com/YorkPoquosonSheriffhttps://sports.yahoo.com/happened-sean-york-county-boy-180500463.htmlhttps://www.dailypress.com/virginiagazette/va-vg-what-happened-to-sean-20220826-atizoptfz5go3d74zvlpijrwbe-story.html

We're visiting the Russian city Khabarovsk. Some details are far too sadistic and salacious for the show notes, but others, like her missing date of birth, are just wild!If the topic proves to be entirely too upsetting for your stomach, we highly recommend revisiting the Pittock Mansion or Heathman Hotel episodes that have recently been featured by platforms aimed at supporting indie podcast discovery. A big round of applause and many thanks to Feed Drops, the Indie Drop-In Network, & Sitch Radio! This week we shared a promo for Serial Sistaaas! If you're enjoying our podcast, please consider leaving a rating & review on Apple Podcasts. great story to listen to. on the true crime aspect of it. want to hear it read from another group. it was all over the place plus listening to them interrupt each other and off the subject made it a bad episode.

One of the most horrific things I’ve ever heard, that poor girl. I could not imagine anyone being this evil, never mind a group of them.

This podcast is great for when you’re looking for new true crim podcasts to listen to. Allows you to pick and chose what you like in a podcast and you can subscribe to the ones you like, forget the ones you don’t

I can't listen to her voice and the way she talks! with all due respect, sounds like a kindergarten teacher. Don't sing talk, and then the pitches....ugh. No.

Listening to all those testimonials from all those people trying to explain to themselves why they're about to committ suicide & how it's not really suicide, it's a gift; trying to convince themselves that even though they're about to kill themselves, they're really happy about it because it's not really suicide, it's an honour. You hear their voice trail off, or they swerve off the subject & into cult rhetoric, because they know, man, deep down, they know... It's wrong. These are some seriously depressed, emotionally vulnerable people, mentally ill even. It is so sad, man.

Good info! The vocal fry is distracting. I turned it off despite my interest in the subject. She obviously did her research.
